This NEW spectacular refreshed oceanfront condo is on the 4th floor overlooking the pool and ocean. It's managed and cleaned by the owner so it is the ideal home away from home. As an additional cleaning precaution for guests and myself, I have invested in an ozone generator, which I run after each guest to clean and disinfect the air.
Sand Dunes Resort is located on the north end of Myrtle Beach in the Golden Mile area.
It is located in with elegant condos and multi million dollar homes.

Tricks and tips for getting the best rental home experience:
How to get the best value:
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Myrtle Beach. Booking a rental in Spring or Fall is a great way to save on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
- The earlier your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are booked early. Reserving your rental six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your family qualifies for a special rate.
- Booking websites usually offer renters an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for more information.
- Many management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guide magazines which will include coupons, either offered directly by local businesses, or through a partnership between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
Make a plan and choose your prefectvacation home:
- Choose a designated group leader, select your vacation week, and select a budget.
- Determine how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your group requires. Sand Dunes Resort-Unique& Beautiful Remodeled Oceanfront Studio-Indoor Pool Spa\n has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is often accessible online. If not, email or call the property management company before reserving the property. Remember that most property listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You'll need to determine what is optimal for your group.
- If there's a specific Myrtle Beach destination you love, browse homes that are either near by, or those that cater especially to your desires.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or break a vacation for persons with disabilities. Make certain to ask about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
- Are you bringing the family pet? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Remember to ask the property manager before booking, and study your rental agreement! Extra fees or costs applied to your agreement.
Tips for a smooth stay:
- Put the owner's contact information in your smartphone.
- At Check-in, record any damages to the rental property and immediately contact the host. Record all coorespondence.
- Property managers are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask questions during your stay.
- Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You'll increase your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are usually a great resource to find the best local beaches.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to order delicious takeout, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Lock your rental home while you are away. Keep your property safe!
- Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all personal items. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, remember to take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
- After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on excellent reviews to propel future bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your review and help them have the best future vacation. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to remedy it.
