All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.

THIS PROPERTY IS LEGAL AND LICENSED BY THE CITY OF MYRTLE BEACH!

To book this stay, guests must be at least 21 years old, and the person making the reservation must be part of the group staying in the condo.

We kindly request guests to use the washer and dryer in the unit for invigorating linens. Unlike hotels, we have limited linens and towels and must wash them off-site between stays. Laundry detergent is supplied for your convenience.

During months when there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

No Smoking Accepted. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages.

Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guests.

This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood peaceful hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. If violated, the city will issue a $1,047.00 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Myrtle Beach's Ordinance rules.

Please use painter's tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event.
