This 7th floor King Suite at the Sand Dunes Resort features pretty oceanfront vistas. Totally furnished with a king bed, upsized chair that pulls out to a twin bed, enormous dresser and closet for storage, dining table and chairs, 55" Intelligent TV with basic cable, complimentary wifi, private bathroom with tub/shower and vanity, and a entirely functioning kitchen. In addition to the impressive, modern updates inside, this condo has its own private balcony with table and chairs from which past guests have appreciated spotting dolphins and watching handsome sunrises!
The kitchen features a full-size refrigerator, two-burner cooktop, full size microwave, and kitchen sink. The kitchen is fully supplied with basic cookware, silverware, dishes and cups, and everything you may need to whip something up! A Keurig coffee maker is also supplied so you can enjoy your favorite brew while you watch the sunrise. If there is evidence of smoking in your room and/or your balcony, you will be charged a minimum of a $250 fee to cover our cleaning costs. Please note our pre-check-in policy. Failure to sign our check-in form and provide a valid government-issued ID by 3 PM on the day of check-in will result in the inability to check in that day.
