Freshly Renovated with Amazing Vistas of the Ocean and a short walk to appreciate those walks on the beach or a swim. Family-friendly Beachfront resort loaded with fun for all!
This Roomy home offers great comfort also modern and calming decor. The outdoor decks come with ample space for relaxing or dining. Overall a great family vacation. The living room has tons of seating, a new 50" intelligent TV, an open floor plan with a dinette and a new kitchen. This handsome Kitchen is completely equipped and offers tons of work space, cabinets with tons of storage space. Washer and Dryer in home. First floor bedroom is a Queen bed, with a closet and access to the first floor bathroom. Living room has a sleeper couch. The second floor does not disappoint with a Master bedroom to fight over. The enormous King bed with tons of space to bring your infant crib, additional seating for relaxing, on suite Full bathroom with walk in shower and soak tub. Another great feature is being able to walk out to the second floor deck and savor the ocean vistas. There is another queen bedroom on this floor and another bathroom. The fourth bedroom is the bunk bedroom with Twin over Full. All rooms are cavernous and well decorated, they also have a intelligent TV in every room.
Outside you and your family can enjoy the decks with tons of outdoor furnishings, dining table and relaxing. There is also a BBQ grille/propane so you can enjoy a nice meal together. Under the home there is parking from 3-4 cars depending on the size. Outside Shower can be found under the stairs to wash up before heading inside.
We Provide:
Entirely Equipped Kitchen with modest appliances: toaster, blender, slow cooker, coffee maker, pots, pans, silverware, plates, cups, glasses, serving dishes, etc.
Beds come with two pillows per sleeper. Quilt. Sheets. Beds made.
Starter set of: Paper towel, bathroom roll per bathroom, one garbage bag in each bin.

Additional Costs:
There is additional cost payable to Ocean Lakes for parking/entering the resort. Prices do vary and are subject to change including last min. notice by Ocean Lakes. At the moment it is $12.00 for express and $15.00 if paid anytime within two weeks of arrival.
Cleaning Fee and Linen Fee Included on Price. We have a great group of cleaners that do a astounding job, you can refer to our other properties to see reviews. Our guests are always happy. The Linens- clean sheets and a bed made is what you will find when you arrive. The towels supplied are bath, face and wash cloths. We do not provide beach towels, so bring your own.

Water Park and Splash zone Hours vary in Off Season or might be closed, refer to Ocean Lakes Family Campground waterpark hours or ask Owner. Otherwise Always Memorial Day through Labor Day it will always be Open. We are not responsible for any last min. closures due to unforeseen circumstances. Ocean Lakes is great in getting things back and running/open when situations arise, just please be patient.

Lots of food stores within 5 min. drive, modest Walmart, Super Walmart, Lowes Food, Aldi, Publix and Food Lion.
Eateries, if you decide to venture out, you will find many options from across the road to a few mins. drive. Market Commons is about 10 mins. away and offers tons of choices to eat, shop, or have fun. Broadway on the beach is about 30 mins., many others in between. Don't forget all the things to do on the south end. Marsh Walk has tons of great eateries, nightly music, bicycle week is a great time to visit.
