Feel its charming 60 miles of golden beaches along the Atlantic. Spend the day making sand castles with the kids or just calming on the sun-drenched sands of Myrtle Beach, but the beach is only the beginning to the adventure awaiting you.

From the exercise center and invigorating pools to on-site miniature golf and game room, there’s something for everybody to discover any time of day.

Beginning Sept. 29, 2024, to Feb. 28, 2025, Sheraton Broadway Resort Villas will be undergoing villa refurbishment. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate construction noise during this time. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open and entirely operational for your enjoyment.

Sheraton Broadway offers a wide variety of activities to its guests, wether we're traveling as a group of friends or a family with little kiddos, there's something for you!

For outdoor activities, you can find yourself spending time out by one of the two pools, floating around the lazy river, maybe you want to be a kid at heart OR maybe you have little ones, well there's a waterpark for them/you (with a waterslide)!

After we've spent the day catching rays and getting pruney from the water, you can head to the mini golf course for a little date nighttime/family nighttime! Head back to your room where you'll find two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a completely equipped kitchen so you can make some dinner and really make this your home away from home!

The Covid-19 pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund. This clause specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

The Vrbo calendar helps provide availability and estimated price quote. Always inquire with the agent and do not reserve airfare until your confirmation has been received.

Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the developer and must be handled through the resort, not Concierge Realty. Photos are thought to be really representative of the resort and accommodations. Any variation from the photo and actual property are unintentional, so guests are encouraged to do their own due diligence prior to reserving. Any variance or disruption including but not limited to remodel, unavailable luxury, change in decor, etc. during the stay, whether announced prior to reservation, occurring during the stay or announced after confirmation, is a matter stringently between the guest and resort, are not deceptive advertising, breach of contract or the responsibility of Concierge Realty.

Note that the images are representative of this villa and that a specific view type is not implied nor promised by virtue of the images. A specific view category must be addressed with rental agent. Concierge Realty reserved the right to reserve any view category unless one has been agreed upon in writing. The resort confirmation will show the view designation and the villa will be placed within that view category unless, in a rare instance the view will be noted as "not guaranteed" in which case the resort reserves the right to place the guest anywhere within the property. Issues regarding view within the guaranteed view category are to be addressed with the resort management as Concierge Realty is not responsible for villa placement.

Please be advised that if a non-domestic credit card is used to reserve a vacation rental, additional costs may be incurred.

All details are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Any questions with regard to view, amenities, linens configuration, decor or other details should be addressed with Concierge Realty, Winter Garden, FL.

Guests are encouraged to do their own due diligence to assure that the resort and villa will meet their expectations.

Booking the best rental experience:

Find your perfect rental home:

  • The sooner you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked early. Booking your rental home six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.
  • Summer is the most expensive season along the coast of SC. Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring is a good way to save on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Booking websites often offer guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for additional information.
  • Many rental management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area visitor guides which include coupons, either offered directly by local companies, or by way of a relationship between the management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.

Filter your search:

  • Select vacation week and maximum budget.
  • Determine how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration you need. Sheraton Broadway Resort on Myrtle Beach- Spacious Two Bedroom has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our vacation rental search.
  • Precise information about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is commonly available on booking pages. If not, contact the property management company before you book the home. Note that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which often includes sofa beds and bunks. You will need to work out what is right for your family.
  • If your family is traveling with pets, filter your search for a pet-friendly property. Get details on breed, size, and type requirements. Some hosts charge pet deposits and fees.
  • Looking for unique amenities? Most rental websites include amenity lists and search filters. Use these to your advantage to find the perfect rental home.
  • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for those with limited mobility. Remember to confirm all necessary amenities are available before booking

Some things to know before you go:

  • Add the owner's contact info to your smartphone. Understand and take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a garage door opener, A/V setup or WIFI setup. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief text message can prevent a lot of concerns.
  • Protect the owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are away, just like you would at home.
  • Make a record of any issues with the rental during check in, and immediately contact the host. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are helpful if there is a dispute.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like unpleasant visitors bothering your peaceful neighborhood. Employ the golden rule for best judgement. If they like you, locals might even recommend great restaurants and places you would've not otherwise known about!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • At departure, complete a walk-through to make sure you did not forget anything. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Property managers rely on great reviews to compel new reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other families will be thankful you shared your review and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to fix it.
