Guests have access to entire unit plus any parking spots available.

The Neighborhood:
The spot is ideal because you have access to everything you might need. Grocery, drive thru's and most importantly the beach!! It is off of a busy street so you will have some outside noise.

Getting Around:
There is a parking spot for you so if you have a car you’re welcome to go anywhere with it but if you wanted to leave it at home, there are plenty of places to eat that you could walk to. There is also Uber, Taxi's and public transportation readily available.

Other Things to Note:
We are very close to the beach and we are about a block and a half away from
Restaurant row and about a 5-10 min drive from Broadway where there is tons and tons of things to do. With that being said, there is some outside noise that is beyond our control. Generally it subsides throughout the nighttime. We maintain proper pest practices but unfortunately it is hot and humid so you may encounter bugs outdoors on the balcony or parking area. If you do not close the front or balcony door, they could sneak in which is beyond our control so please be mindful of the doors. We want to disclose that now. Animals are allowed but any damages or stains caused by the family pets will be charged to the person who booked.
