Ask me for the virtual tour
Please note* This apartment was newly acquired and is in the works of being remodeled and is being done in phases. The apartment is exactly how it looks in the photos and I can provide a virtual tour for accuracy, but we would like to disclose that improvements are being made. This is a pet friendly apartment and while most of our guests take care of their family pets, there are some that have left stains and while we have cleaned and steamed and cleaned over and over again there are a few spots that we just cannot get out. We ask for your understanding (especially if you have pets) and if there are any concerns please address them during the check in.
You walk into the dining room where there is a four person table for eating.
The kitchen has a coffee maker, coffee, filters, creamer and sugar for you. Unfortunately the water and ice maker on the refrigerator is broken but we do put a bag of ice and 2 gallons of waters in the refrigerator. There is also ketchup and mustard in the refrigerator. There are silverware, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, cooking tools, pots and pans, for you to prepare and slat pepper and garlic powder as well as paper towels.
The master bedroom is to the left of the kitchen. There is a queen size bed, pillows are supplied (not pictured) and so are the linens. Dresser, mirror and nightstand. The fan and light are functional but there is a lamp as well. There is a working tv in the room but it does not have cable or a firestick. So we recommend bringing one if you want to watch tv in this bedroom. There is walk in closet with plenty of space to hang clothes and it also has its own bathroom. Please do not rinse sand off in the shower, it does affect the plumbing and there is a charge if a plumber determines that sand is the problem. It has shampoo condition and body wash as well as hand soap. Towels are supplied.
There is a washer and dryer in the unit that you may use. If there are any issues please contact me.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed a dresser, a mirror and a nightstand. There is a closet there for hanging clothes. Linens are supplied. There is no TV in this bedroom.
Second bathroom has a tub. There is shampoo, condition and body wash available. Please do not rinse sand off in the shower, it does affect the plumbing and there is a charge if a plumber determines that sand is the problem. Towels are supplied.
The living room has 2 couches. They have been steamed, cleaned but because this is a pet friendly apartment, dirty paws have created stains. We would like to disclose this and will remind you during the walk through. They are very comfortable and can sleep one person on each. Linens are included. There is a TV and there is a firestick so you can watch TV in the living room. It may be signed into something but that is not guaranteed as Netflix is not included. You may use your own sign in though if one of the apps are not signed into anything.
There is a two person balcony. Absolutely no kids on the balcony. There are some annual blooms on the balcony but because of this humidity are not doing too well. You are welcome to water them if you want but you do not have to worry about them at all. There are two chairs on the balcony. You can see the ocean from here.
Comfortably sleeps 2 in each bed in the bed (4 total) and 1 or 2 on the couch. So 4 people allowed. Up to 6 allowed for an additional $40 dollars for the 5th & 6th person.
This is a pet friendly home! It will be $30 per pet per nighttime. We appreciate to have our furry friends come on trips with us, but it is important to watch over them. If there are any damages to the apartment or any stains or feces, there will be a cleaning charge as it will have to be deep cleaned.
Photo ID of each visitor will be required before check in.
Only those listed in the reservation are allowed in the unit.
No Parties allowed
No grilling
Must be 25 to rent.
One car in the private parking, any other cars will be at your own risk parking.
You can walk to the beach in less than 2 mins.. It has a shower by the exit. Eateries are only a block and a half away on 21st St. 10 min drive to Broadway.
If you would like to book, we will meet when you check in for a walk through. We want to do the most we can to make sure your stay is magnificent so we like to do a walk through at the beginning to make sure it is up to your standard, although I know you'll think its as homey and cute as I do :)
Check in is at 4PM
Check out is at 11:00AM
If there is no one checking in the next day, we may be able to extend your check out.
There is a cleaning fee for a reason so you do not have to do anything when you leave. We ask that if you could put all the towels back in the bathroom that would be appreciated.
If you have any questions please reach out
General Disclosures - There is a main street that may have noises at nighttime. That is beyond my control but this is the notice letting you know. We are between the beach and a main street. There is a cleaning fee that is part of the listing.
Guest Access:
All of it as it is the whole apartment
The Neighborhood:
It is off of a busy street so you will have some outside noise. The spot is ideal because you have access to everything you might need. Grocery, drive thru's and most importantly the beach!!
Getting Around:
There is a parking spot for you so if you have a car you’re welcome to go anywhere with it but if you wanted to leave it at home, there are plenty of places to eat that you could walk to
Other Things to Note:
We are very close to the beach and we are about a block and a half away from
Restaurant row and about a 5-10 min drive from Broadway where there is tons and tons of things to do. With that being said, there is some outside noise that is beyond our control. Generally it subsides throughout the nighttime. We maintain proper pest practices but unfortunately it is hot and humid so you may encounter bugs outdoors on the balcony or parking area. If you do not close the front or balcony door, they could sneak in which is beyond our control so please be mindful of the doors. We want to disclose that now. Family Animals are allowed but any damages or stains caused by the pets will be charged to the person who booked. Any items missing or damaged after departure will be charged. You must be 25 to book. No events, no events.
You will meet me for check in where we will do a walk through of the place. We want to make sure everything is up to your standard from the beginning. ID's will be required for those that are staying in the apartment.
Any questions please let me know! :)
Interaction with Guests:
We will meet for check in to do a walk through

Our top Vacation rental home tips and tricks:
When to book a Myrtle Beach rental home & When to go:
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of SC. Booking in Fall or Spring months is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
- Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
- Booking websites often offer customers an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for details.
- Look for your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great articles, visitors guides contain offers and deals for local restaurants, attractions, and tours.
Filter your rental search:
- Select a group lead, choose your vacation dates, and select a budget.

- Some rental properties allow pets, and others don't. Acceptable types of dog or cat, size and breeds may be restricted, and added fees may apply. Ask your host about your furry family members before booking.
Tips for your stay:
- Take a copy of the host's phone number and arrival/departure procedures for your . Store the host's information in your smartphone.
- To make sure damages aren't linked to your visit, make a record of any problem areas during check in. Speak to the rental manager right away to record any damages. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having the recorded concerns and contact attempts will be very helpful.
- Hosts are great sources of help! Feel free to ask any questions during your stay.
- Be respectful. Often, nearby homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.

- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
