Location and Relaxation! Those words could not be truer when describing this 2-bedroom beach home located at the handsome Arbor House community in Myrtle Beach, SC. "299 Lake Arrowhead Road" is located in the heart of Myrtle Beach making it the prime vacation rental location! This home is a short distance from the beach, fishing pier, eateries, shopping, golfing, and entertainment. The beach home neighbors so many attractions! These attractions are within a 10-min. drive of the property. Guests will also appreciate being a short walk away from the beach!
This roomy raised beach home features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, covered screened in front porch, living room, full kitchen, full size appliances, and enough linens to accommodate up to 6 guests!
There are 2 bedrooms inside the home. The layouts are as follows!
Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a queen size bed, window for natural lighting, ceiling fan, nightstand, dresser for storage with TV on top, and access to the ensuite bathroom. This bathroom features a tub/shower combo, and a enormous vanity and mirror. The vanity and mirror are located just outside the bathroom accepting guests to be able to get ready even when the bathroom is occupied!
Bedroom 2: This bedroom features 1 twin size bed, 1 twin xl bed, window for natural light, nightstand between the beds, dresser for storage, and access to the guest bathroom just outside the bedroom. This bathroom features a tub/ shower combo, vanity, mirror, and toilet.
Walking into the home, guests will enter into the living space. This is a ideal area to relax and hang out. The living room is furnished with a couch that converts to a bed, a adore seat, accent chair, TV stand with TV, and access to the covered screened in front porch from the front door!
Just off the living room is the constructed in dining nook! This space has enough constructed in cushioned seating to accommodate your 6 guests comfortably! Guests will also find another dining table to the left of the front door that can accommodate 6 guests as well!
Moving along through the home guests will find the kitchen. The kitchen offers full size appliances, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and plentiful cabinet space. We provide all cookware, silverware, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are numerous eateries within a short ride from the home. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very trendy food delivery options. Guests will savor a full-size dining room table with enough seating to accommodate up to 8 guests!
Pack light! We provide our guests with 8 towels, 8 washcloths, 1 hand towel, 1 bathmat, soap shampoo, lotion, and conditioner per bathroom. Linens, pillows, linens, and everything you will need to appreciate your stay are included. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, and more!
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
