Tricks and tips to get the best Myrtle Beach rental home experience:
Finding the best value:
- To find the best value, consider shifting your group's trip dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer warmer temperatures, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic.

- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your group qualifies for a discount.
- Booking websites typically offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for specifics.
