Some of those include, new paint throughout, new floor, new kitchen cabinets, tile backsplash, pretty granite countertops, and new, beachy decor! This unit feels so nice and clean and will be ready for your next vacation to Myrtle Beach!
The kitchen is very roomy and is one of the features that separates the Palace from many other resorts and units. Very few studios offer an upsized kitchen like this condo and other units here at the Palace. We provide all basic cookware, silverware, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to prepare a full meal for the family. This listing also features a full-size dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove, as well as modest appliances like a coffee maker. The backsplash is new as of 2023 and compliments the new cabinetry and countertops exceptionally well! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach offers hundreds of dining options; many of which are within walking distance or a short ride from The Palace. Many of these eateries offer delivery, and food delivery options such as Uber Eats and DoorDash are very fashionable in the area as well.
The main living space is the most comfortable area of the apartment. Guests can relax on the couch or accent chair and savor endless vistas of the ocean! The couch converts to a queen-size bed. Guests will be able to sit at the modest table and appreciate a meal or a cup of coffee. The queen bed has windows all around it, wake up and see the ocean! There is enough space to accommodate 4 guests in the apartment. Many guests have spotted dolphins from the balcony, and the sunrise and sunsets are splendid.
The full-size bathroom is located to the left when you walk through the main door. The bathroom features a standard shower/tub, toilet, and vanity.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Rental property booking tips:
Get the most from your spending budget:
- Summer months are the most expensive season in Myrtle Beach. To find the largest rental home within your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at Myrtle Beach restaurants, beaches, and activities.
- In the Myrtle Beach area, The sooner you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are booked early. Booking your vacation home six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
- Hosts sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
- Booking websites usually offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for specifics.
- Many rental management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area travel guides which will include money-saving offers, either offered independently by local businesses, or through a relationship between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
Planning and picking a perfect Myrtle Beach rental:
- Start by choosing trip dates and a budget.
- Note the number beds and the configuration your family needs. Updated Oceanfront Queen Suite~The Palace 2102 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is almost always accessible on booking pages. Otherwise, call the property management company before you reserve the vacation property. Note that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds in living rooms. You will need to determine what configuration is right for your trip.
- Are you visiting for a specific attraction or event? Use a map search to browse nearby rentals.
- Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Make certain to inquire about wheel chair accessibility, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
- Some rental properties allow pets, and others do not. Acceptable types of dog or cat, weight and breeds may be restricted, and additional fees may apply. Ask the property manager about allowable breeds and types before booking.
More tips for your stay:
- Put the owner's information in your smartphone.
- Upon check-in, document any damages to the property and immediately contact the host. Record all correspondence in case a dispute arises.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, television set or kitchen appliance. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief call can prevent quite a few problems.
- Don't forget to respect your neighbors. Frequently, surrounding homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
- Protect the owner (and your things!) by locking and securing the home while you are out, just like you would back home.
- Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the property to confirm you've collected all of your things. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Inspect the property one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, remember to take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
- Did your family have a terrific vacation? Most rental websites make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your rental and/or property management company was fantastic, they would love to hear it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
