The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 21st floor oceanfront studio apartment at The Palace Resort in Myrtle Beach. This oceanfront condo is completely furnished with 1 queen size bed and 1 queen-size sleeper couch. The layout of this rental will comfortably accommodate 4 guests.
This unique layout offers ample living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped. This studio offers countless vistas of the Atlantic Ocean!
As of Spring 2023, this unit has been completely refreshed and features some fantastic updates! Some of those include, new paint throughout, new floor, new kitchen cabinets, tile backsplash, handsome granite countertops, and new, beachy decor! This unit feels so nice and clean and will be ready for your next vacation to Myrtle Beach!
The kitchen is very cavernous and is one of the features that separates the Palace from many other resorts and units. Very few studios offer an upsized kitchen like this condo and other units here at the Palace. We provide all basic cookware, silverware, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to prepare a full meal for the family. This listing also features a full-size dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove, as well as modest appliances like a coffee maker. The backsplash is new as of 2023 and compliments the new cabinetry and countertops exceptionally well! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach offers hundreds of dining options; many of which are within walking distance or a short ride from The Palace. Many of these eateries offer delivery, and food delivery options such as Uber Eats and DoorDash are very trendy in the area as well.
The main living space is the most comfortable area of the apartment. Guests can relax on the couch or accent chair and appreciate endless vistas of the ocean! The couch converts to a queen-size bed. Guests will be able to sit at the modest table and savor a meal or a cup of coffee. The queen bed has windows all around it, wake up and see the ocean! There is enough space to accommodate 4 guests in the apartment. Many guests have spotted dolphins from the balcony, and the sunrise and sunsets are elegant.
The full-size bathroom is located to the left when you walk through the main door. The bathroom features a standard shower/tub, toilet, and vanity.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grandiose Mall. A Walmart just opened around the corner in 2020, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests appreciate the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to complimentary parking and beach access.
We are confident that you are going to appreciate this rental and the location. It is really one-of-a-kind, and we are very excited to have you as our guest. See you soon!
****** Please note that affective from now 10/02 through further notice the modest indoor spa is closed for renovations, but the pools are open!*********

Booking the best Myrtle Beach rental home experience:
Get the most from your rental budget:
- Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Book your vacation in the Spring or Fall to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your group qualifies for a discount.
- Property management companies typically offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for specifics.
- Many property management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guide magazines which will include money-saving offers, either offered independently by local businesses, or by way of a partnership between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
Selecting and booking a perfect Myrtle Beach rental:
- Start by choosing your a vacation week and a budget.
- Note the number beds and the bed configuration your family requires. Updated Oceanfront Queen Suite~The Palace 2102 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rental home search.
- Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is normally accessible on booking pages. If you don't see them listed, email or call the property owner before you reserve the rental. Remember that most property listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds and bunks.
- Some properties allow pets, and others do not. Acceptable types of dog or cat, size and breeds may be restricted, and added costs may apply. Ask the property management company about pets before booking.
- If there's a particular Myrtle Beach destination you are enamored with, look for homes that are either nearby, or those that cater especially to your desires.
- Suitable accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. Make certain to ask about wheel chair accessibility, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
Have a fantastic stay:
- We recommend storing the host's information in your smartphone.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, stereo or kitchen appliance. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief telephone call prevents a lot of issues.
- Ensure you protect the owner (and your things!) by locking and securing the home when you are away, just like you would at home.
- To ensure that damages aren't linked to your family's visit, inspect the rental for any problem areas during check in. Make contact with the rental manager immediately to relay your findings. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having the recorded concerns and contact attempts will be helpful.
- Respecting quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You'll magnify your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are often an excellent resource to find the best local restaurants, beaches, and hangouts.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
- Just prior to departing, complete a walk-through to confirm you did not leave anything behind. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Did your family have a terrific time? Most rental management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property manager was wonderful, they would love to hear about it. If anything was out of order and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
