The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
While we do our absolute best to ensure that all of our condos are cleaned, prepared, and comfortable for all of our guests, we do want to note that this resort is over 60 years old. Our prices reflect the age of the resort, décor, and condition of the amenities. We encourage all of our guests to do their own due diligence on the resorts and the area on all of our listings!
We are confident that you are going to adore this rental and the location. It is really one-of-a-kind, and we are very excited to have you as our guest! Please keep in mind that this rental is privately owned and managed, and we have no affiliation with the resort staff, resort maintenance, or resort housekeeping. Should you have any maintenance or housekeeping needs, or have any questions, be sure to reach out to us directly so we can help!

Getting the best rental home experience:
When to book & When to go:
- Summer time is high season in Myrtle Beach. Booking a rental in the Fall or Spring is a great way to save on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
- The sooner you can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked early. Reserving your vacation home 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.
- Some hosts offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
- Booking websites frequently offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for more information.
- Look for your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine upon checking in. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great information, visitors guide magazines contain deals for nearby tours and attractions.
How to pick the perfect vacation home in Myrtle Beach:
- Select a group lead, select your vacation dates, and select a budget.
- Determine how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your family requires. Updated Double Queen Suite-Stunning Ocean Views! Sea Mist 51508 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our search.
- Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is regularly available on booking pages. If they are not listed, email or call the property owner before reserving your home. Remember that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches. You will need to determine what is optimal for your vacation family.
- Are you looking for particular amenities? Most websites include search filters with amenity lists. Use these filters to your advantage to find the perfect rental home.
- Proper accessibility can make or break a vacation for guests with disabilities. .
- Some properties allow pets, and some do not. Acceptable types of pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and additional costs may apply. Ask the property manager about pets before booking.
Tips to have a smooth stay:
- Be sure you get the property manager's phone number and check in/check out procedures for your rental property. Put the manager's information in your smartphone.
- To make certain that damages aren't linked to your family's visit, record any problem areas during check in. text the rental manager right away to document your findings. If there is a dispute, having the recorded concerns and contact attempts will be valuable.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, A/V setup or kitchen appliance. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief telephone call can prevent a lot of issues.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like loud vacationers bothering your life at home. Apply the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great local food and places you would've not otherwise known!
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property when you are away, just like you would back home.
- Double-check the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items at departure. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Walk through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can. If the manager is not available, remember to take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
- Did your group have a fantastic stay? Many rental home management companies make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your property and/or property manager was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was out of order and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
