Myrtle Beach Resort's amenities make it the ultimate destination for all ages, with pools, hot tubs, and entertainment just around the corner. The cavernous master suite offers ocean vistas and private balcony access, while the second bedroom is ideal for the little ones. Bring your beach dreams to life here!

Your stay will include a starter set of linens and supplies:

A departure clean is supplied in your stay.
There are laundry facilities on-site in each building.

* All guests staying at the Myrtle Beach Resort will have access to every conveniences (when open).
* The lazy river (located behind the A Building) and oceanfront pool (located in front of the A Building) shall open March 15.
* The indoor pool and hot tub located in the B Building are open year-round.
* The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub located in the Five Seasons Center will be open year-round.


Prices do not include Taxes and Service Fees. MINIMUM AGE 25. Photo ID may be required at check-in. We do not rent to Horry County Residents.

Rental agreement must be signed within 3 days of booking to ensure a seamless check-in process.

We do NOT accept third-event payment sites (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, etc.)


A parking fee of $20 per car will be charged at the security gate via credit/debit card. You will receive a hang tag from the security gate with the dates of your stay. Please have the parking pass displayed at all times while on the resort property. This is a Myrtle Beach Resort policy and not by Myrtle Beach Management.

Guests are not allowed to bring a trailer on the property except during the official Myrtle Beach BIKE WEEK (Spring: May 10-19 Fall: Sept. 30- Oct. 4) and the trailer is not to exceed 18 feet from the tip of the hitch to the back of the trailer. There is a charge of $100 per trailer and an additional $20 per bicycle.

• Property managers sometimes offer special rates for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group.
• Property managers typically offer guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.

• Note any damages to the rental at check in, and immediately contact the owner. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that can be valuable if there is a dispute.
• Be respectful. Often times, surrounding homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking regulations reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
• Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
• Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Record a video to document the condition of the property.
• Did your family have a great vacation? Most rental managers make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your property and/or property management company was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was out of order and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
