For 10 years hosting now I've always wanted to create the ideal vrbo for guests to savor and really get a chance to appreciate Myrtle Beach the way that i do so i decided to open up my personal beach home to magnificent guests who i hope will savor it as much as i do. For many years i have tried to create and design condos and placements in oceanfront buildings that i know i would adore which i shared with guests over the years but ive always wanted to do this so im so excited to finally open up my home to you all.
I appreciate Myrtle beach, and i appreciate the shore drive area which is the best area in town and what better way to enjoy Myrtle Beach then to have my personal upgraded golf cart to drive around for the week. This is an experience like no other..even though you are only a block away from the beach, it goes give you that option.
This raised beach home is 1300 sqft upstairs and 1300sq ft downstairs which is all enclosed and screened in giving it a total of 2600 sq ft.
I'll start with the downstairs first. For starters i have an charming hot spring 8-10 person hot tub that is one of the biggest they make being close to 8x10 foot and it even has the option to cool the water in the hotub in the summer months so you can use it as a modest pool . This is no regular hot tub by any means. For all the chefs and grilles masters out there, there is a top of the line outdoor kitchen that includes a high end grille, granite, sink, refrigerator, ice maker, flat top and burners. There is a enormous eating table by the grille and a excellent firepit with cushion chairs close by so there is eff seating for everybody. By the grille and another by the hot tub i have 2 65" tvs, so you can enjoy tv cooking or eating and in the hot tub, or football on both tvs( like i do). I must say the best feature in my opinion is the dave and busters arcade! i grew up playing in arcades so i wanted to capture nearly every type of arcade game to scratch everyones itch from a ridge racer, to golf, to mortal kombat, street fighter, nba jam, nfl blitz, terminator shooting game, and now BIG BUCK!!!. You dont even have to go to dave and busters, go to a pool, go out to eat, go walk to the beach, go to any activities and spend money because they are all here!! theres even a bar type pool table that can convert into ping pong, dart board, and even a foosball table. What makes it additional unique the down stairs has a full tiled bath room with a shower.
As you walk upstairs you will notice the trex decking and lighting and a sizable wrap around porch that goes around to another enclosed balcony area overlooking the marsh vistas. This tiled enclosed porch can be screened in or you have the option to open it. Very nice recliners to sit and enjoy the marsh vistas . There is also a patio couch on the sizable open part of the deck. Inside the home i have porcelain tiled floors, with an refreshed kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. The Dining room has a huge table to enjoy a nice meal on. The living room is equipped with a sleeper couch and adore seat which also opens up to the enclosed back balcony. The living room Tv is a huge high end 75" Samsung tv to watch your favorite shows and movies. The master bedroom is on the front of the home and has its on bathroom, with shower/bath. high end furnishing just like the whole home and there is even blue tooth speakers in the exhaust fan. The bed is a top of the line bed that can massage or adjust up or down which is one of my favorite things about the master bedroom along with the large 55 tv All of the bedrooms are equipped with remote control blinds so all you have to is hit a button the wall to open and close. The second guest room is on the back end of the home and it opens up to the back enclosed patio. This room has a queen bed with a 65" tv. There is a jack and Jill bathroom that connects this bedroom to a 3rd bedroom that has 2 twin beds and another 65" tv. In the bathroom between these two bedrooms you will find a shower and Maytag front load washer and dryer.
If you are not familiar with the Shore drive section in Myrtle Beach and is the best kept secret in town. It has the widest beaches in the area and Apache pier is only a couple of blocks from my beach home. Ocean annies is also 2 blocks over where is the place to be on the beach. There are many eateries, shopping, tangler outlets and a Walmart all within a 1-2 min. drive.
Parking for 2 cars only! ( 1 in drive way sideways/ 1 in garage on right side)

Tricks and tips to get the perfect Myrtle Beach vacation property experience:
Money saving strategies:
- The sooner you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are reserved very early. Booking your rental home 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your vacation rental.
- Summertime is the most expensive season in Myrtle Beach. Booking your Myrtle Beach vacation home in Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
- Management companies and individual rental owners often offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for details.
- Often, management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitor guides which will include special deals, either offered directly by local businesses, or through a relationship with the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach area magazine and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.
Narrow your Search:
- First, have your group choose date ranges and a max budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your group requires. WOW Raised Beach House by Ocean\/Hot tub\/Golfcart\/Arcade\/Pooltble\/outdoor kitchen has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
- Precise information about bedrooms and bed counts & types is usually accessible on booking pages. Otherwise, reach out to the host before booking the vacation home. Note that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds and bunks. You will need to work out what is right for your group.
- Some rental properties allow pets, and others do not. Allowable types of family pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and additional costs may apply. Ask the host about pets before booking.
- If there's a certain Myrtle Beach beach you crave, browse homes that are either near by, or those that cater especially to your needs.
- Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Remember to confirm all required amenities are included before reserving a rental
During your stay:
- Be sure you get the property manager's phone number and entry/exit procedures for your . We recommend storing the host's contact information in your smartphone.
- Hosts are available to help! Feel free to ask questions during your stay.
- Lock your rental home while you're out and about. Keep your property safe!
- Upon check-in, note any issues with the property and immediately contact the owner. Record all correspondence in case a dispute arises.
- Be respectful. Frequently, adjacent homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting noise limits and parking policies reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can often help. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
- Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all personal belongings. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Go through the rental a final time and scan for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
- Leave feedback! Hosts rely on good feedback to inspire new reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to fix it.
