Guest Access:
• Some suites do not have ocean vistas. An ocean view can be requested but cannot be guaranteed.
•Motorcycles are not allowed on the property May 1 - Aug. 31 annually, and rental golf carts are prohibited year-round. Trailers are allowed on property but need to be parked at the registered building parking lot.
•Grocery/discount stores less than 1 mile from resort; car is recommended to completely savor the area
•Property is in the center of "restaurant row" — tons of choices within 1-2 miles
•During hurricane season (May to end of November), the glass enclosing the indoor pool is taken down. The indoor pools are heated in the Fall and early Winter.
•A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.
• We require the guest information for the primary guest (should at least be 21 years old) checking in to be supplied as soon as possible to avoid check-in issues.

• Summer is the most expensive season in coastal SC. To book the best vacation home for your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities.
• Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
• Property management companies often offer guests an option to buy trip insurance protection.
