The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 5th floor, ocean view condo at the Landmark Resort in Myrtle Beach. This 1-bedroom condo is completely furnished with 2 full size beds, 1 full size murphy bed, and will comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. This unique layout offers upsized living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! Our guests savor having their own private balcony where they can relax and appreciate the vistas of the ocean.

Upon entering, guests will enter through a modest hallway. Moving right along guests will find the kitchen. This area features a full-size stove and oven, upsized cabinet space, mounted microwave, granite countertops, full size refrigerator, coffee maker, and everything you need to prepare your meals! We provide all cookware, silverware, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are numerous eateries within a short walk or ride from the Landmark. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very fashionable food delivery options.

Just behind the kitchen is the bathroom. The bathroom is split into 2 areas with the toilet, vanity, and shower/tub in one area, and another sink and vanity in the other. The vanity features a solid surface counter, mirror, hair dryer, and sink.

The bedroom sits just off of the kitchen and features 2 full size beds, nightstand between the beds, dresser for storage, sizable flatscreen TV, AC unit, windows for natural light, and commercial blackout curtains.

Making your way into the living room, guests will be blown away by the ocean vistas. The living room is the most calming area in the apartment and features a full-size murphy bed (wall bed), couch, AC unit, blackout curtains, enormous flatscreen TV, modest dining table with stools, and access to the private, ocean view balcony!

The Landmark offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, laundry facility, arcade, and so much more. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and WIFI.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, complimentary parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not allowed to use the food and drink outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our prices reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

We are confident that you are going to appreciate this rental and the location. It is really one-of-a-kind, and we are very excited to have you as our guest. See you soon!

Tricks and tips to get the best Myrtle Beach vacation property experience:

Getting the most from your vacation rental budget:

  • Summertime is the most expensive season in Myrtle Beach. To find the best value, try shifting your group's vacation dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer great temperatures, , and reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property managers frequently offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for additional information.
  • Find a copy of your local visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great local articles, visitor guides have deals for local accommodations, restaurants and tours.

Make a plan and pick the right Myrtle Beach rental:

  • First and foremost, have your family commit to trip dates and a spending budget.
  • Note the number beds and what type of bedroom configuration your family needs. 1 Bedroom Condo - Over 10 Pools & Hot Tubs! Landmark 549 has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
  • Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed types is regularly available on booking websites. Otherwise, email or call the property management company before booking your home. Note that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which often includes pull-out couches.
  • Does your family require particular amenities? Most websites include search filters for amenities. Use these filters to your advantage to find the perfect rental home.
  • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. .
  • If your family is vacationing with pets, you'll need to search for a pet-friendly rental. Request specifics on breed, size, and type requirements. Be aware that some property owners charge additional pet fees.

Have a fantastic stay:

  • We recommend storing the owner's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
  • To make certain damages are not attributed to your family's visit, inspect for any problem areas during check in. Call the rental manager immediately to relay any issues. If there is a dispute, having the recorded concerns and contact attempts will be valuable.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a fireplace, intercom or thermostat. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief text message can prevent a lot of issues.
  • Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You will increase your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are an incredible source for finding the best local beaches and restaurants.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Lock your rental property while you're away! Don't let thieves spoil your trip.
  • Re-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items at departure. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a great time? Many rental managers make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or host was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was amiss and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
