The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 15th floor oceanfront studio apartment at The Palace Resort in Myrtle Beach. This oceanfront condo is completely furnished with 1 queen size bed,1 queen-size sleeper couch, and will comfortably accommodate 4 guests. This unique layout offers ample living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped. This studio offers gorgeous vistas of the Atlantic Ocean!

This unit has been completely remodeled and features some of the most striking updates as of April 2024! These include new paint throughout, removal of the popcorn ceilings, new LVP floor, impressive rock accent wall with LED fireplace, freshly refaced cabinets, new granite countertops, bespoke backsplash, all new stainless steel appliances, shiplap bar wall, brand new bathroom vanity, new light fixtures, and new furnishings and decor! Everything is practically new! This unit feels so nice and clean and will be ready for your next vacation to Myrtle Beach!

The kitchen is very cavernous and is one of the features that separates the Palace from many other resorts and units. Very few studios offer an upsized kitchen like this condo and other units here at the Palace. This listing also features a full-size stainless-steel dishwasher, refrigerator, mounted microwave, stove and oven, as well as modest appliances like a coffee maker and toaster. We provide all basic cookware, silverware, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to prepare a full meal for the family.

The living area is the most comfortable area of the apartment. Guests can relax on the couch and savor countless oceanfront vistas! The couch converts to a queen-size bed. Guests will be able to sit at the counter using the bar stools and appreciate a meal or a cup of coffee. This space also features a queen size bed, coffee table, accent chairs, rock accent wall with LED fireplace, wall mounted TV, and access to the private oceanfront balcony. Many guests have spotted dolphins from the balcony, and the sunrise and sunsets are charming.

The full-size bathroom is located just when you walk through the main door. The bathroom features a standard shower/tub, toilet, and vanity. The bathroom is brand new as of April 2024!

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper and paper towels.

Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grandiose Mall. A Walmart just opened around the corner in 2020, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests appreciate the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to complimentary parking and beach access.

We are confident that you are going to appreciate this rental and the location. It is really one-of-a-kind, and we are very excited to have you as our guest. See you soon!

****** Please note that affective from now 10/02 through further notice the modest indoor spa is closed for renovations, but the pools are open! *********

How to get the best value:

  • In the Myrtle Beach area, The sooner your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked early. Booking your vacation rental six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
  • Reserve your Myrtle Beach vacation home in Fall or Spring months to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
  • Hosts sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your family.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for details.
  • Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine upon arrival. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, visitor guide magazines contain coupons for local shops and restaurants.

  • Keep your rental home locked while you are away! Don't let thieves ruin your family vacation.
  • Record any issues with the property at check in, and immediately contact the host. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that can be beneficial if damages are attributed to your stay.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like unpleasant visitors disrupting your quiet neighborhood. Practice the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great local food and scenic spots you would have never otherwise known!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can frequently help. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • On check-out day, take a final walk-through to confirm you didn't leave anything behind. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property owners rely on good feedback to inspire new reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your feedback find their best vacation rental. Remember to be objective.
