This listing also features a full-size stainless-steel dishwasher, refrigerator, mounted microwave, stove and oven, as well as modest appliances like a coffee maker and toaster. We provide all basic cookware, silverware, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to prepare a full meal for the family.

Guests will be able to sit at the counter using the bar stools and appreciate a meal or a cup of coffee. This space also features a queen size bed, coffee table, accent chairs, rock accent wall with LED fireplace, wall mounted TV, and access to the private oceanfront balcony. Many guests have spotted dolphins from the balcony, and the sunrise and sunsets are beautiful.

We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

A Walmart just opened around the corner in 2020, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests appreciate the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to complimentary parking and beach access.
We are confident that you are going to appreciate this rental and the location. It is really one-of-a-kind, and we are very excited to have you as our guest. See you soon!

How to book the best Myrtle Beach rental experience:
Finding your perfect vacation home:
- Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- To find the best value, try changing your family's Myrtle Beach vacation week to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer warm temperatures, , and greatly reduced traffic.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
- Property management companies frequently offer renters an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for specifics.
- Many management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area travel guide magazines which will include coupons, either offered directly by local companies, or through a partnership between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.
How to choose and book the bestvacation home:
- Choose dates and max budget.
- Decide how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration your group requires. Beautifully Renovated Condo- LED Fireplace and more- Palace 1503 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is often available on booking websites. If not, email the property management company before you reserve the vacation property. Note that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull out couches in living rooms.
- Some rentals allow pets, and some do not. Acceptable types of dog or cat, size and breeds may be restricted, and added charges may apply. Ask the property management company about allowable pet guidelines before booking.
- Are you looking for unique amenities? Most rental websites include amenity lists and search filters. Use these to your advantage to find the perfect rental home.
- Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for those with limited mobility. Make certain to ask about wheel chair accessibility, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
Know before you go:
- Be sure you get the owner's contact number and check in/check out procedures for your rental property. Put the manager's information in your smartphone and wallet.
- Property managers are available to help! Feel free to ask any questions during your stay.
- Lock your vacation home while you are out. Protect your property!
- At Check-in, note any damages to the property and immediately alert the property manager. Keep records of all correspondence in case a dispute arises.
- Be a good neighbor. Often, surrounding homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking regulations is the right thing to do.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
- Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the property to reconfirm you've collected all personal belongings. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and scan for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
- Did your family have a terrific vacation? Many rental websites make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your property and/or host was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was out of order and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
