The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 4th floor, direct oceanfront studio apartment at The Palace Resort in Myrtle Beach. This apartment is entirely furnished with 1 queen-size bed and 1 queen sleeper couch. The layout of this rental will comfortably accommodate 4 guests.
This unique layout offers ample living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller and do not have the updates that this unit offers! This layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! In the Summer of 2020, brand new granite countertops were installed! Our guests will have access to the entire apartment, and the space is not shared with anyone. Guests will have their own, private entry, private balcony, and nearly 400 sq. ft of living space inside the apartment.
We provide all basic cookware, silverware, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to prepare a full meal for the family. Unlike many units, this listing also features a full-size dishwasher as well as modest appliances like a coffee maker and toaster.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to savor your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grandiose Mall. A brand new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests appreciate the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini-golf, go-karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to complimentary parking and beach access.
