New windows and balcony doors installed March 2023. "There’s no Elevator!!" Kitchen refreshed January 2016, new cabinets, microwave above range, new hot water heater, new dishwasher and new floor. Keurig mini brewing system available in condo, requires K-cup. Modest air fryer! You can sit on the balcony appreciate your morning coffee and listen to the calming sounds of the ocean. Balcony offers fantastic sunset vistas! It is three buildings past(south)of Sands Ocean Club and Ocean Annie's outside beach club and bar and within walking distance to Apache Pier for great fishing. Featuring a fantastic view of the ocean, Dunes golf course and the marsh. This condo was freshly modernized, bathrooms and kitchen countertops refreshed.
