Welcome to your ideal beach hideaway in our Oceanfront One Bedroom Condo at Atlantica North Tower. This cavernous unit comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, with flexible sleeping arrangements to suit your group. The condo includes a private balcony where you can savor expansive ocean vistas and the relaxing sound of the waves. Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchenette with a coffee maker, ideal for preparing fast meals or snacks.
The living area features two flat-panel TVs for your entertainment, and additional amenities include an iron and board, hairdryer, and wireless internet access. Please note that the condo decor, including floor and appliances, may vary as each unit is individually owned. The condo is also conveniently located with direct access to the outdoor pool and is just half a block away from the Atlantica South Tower, giving you simple access to additional amenities such as an indoor pool, spas, and a lazy river.

Guests will have access to a range of amenities at the Atlantica North Tower, including the outdoor pool, and appreciate direct beach access less than 150 yards away. You will also have access to the common areas and facilities within the Atlantica North Tower. However, please be aware that access to the amenities at the Atlantica South Tower is not included. Whether you're relaxing by the pool or taking a walk on the beach, everything you need for a relaxing stay is right at your fingertips.

  • Summer time is high season in Myrtle Beach. To find the best rental for your budget, we recommend booking in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at Myrtle Beach restaurants, beaches, and activities.
  • The earlier your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are booked early. Reserving your vacation home up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property managers usually offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses.   • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and look for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
