This updated OCEANFRONT cutie is located in the Iconic Atlantica One Building, it's your Clean, Cozy getaway to return to at the end of each beach day!! It offers a great, calming stay with 2 Full sized beds, 1 bath, 1 Kitchenette, 2 guests closets, modest sitting area for chatting with your adore ones with coffee or a glass of wine in hand and looking at amazing ocean to make the best memories.

It's a privately owned condo on the 3rd floor with INCREDIBLE VIEW. Generous and Super clear LG 4k UHD Intelligent TVs ( Movie nights!! ), also new furnishings, linens, towels, S.S. appliances, etc. so many upgraded goodies.

Well maintained HVAC/Purified Air Flow, and air Filter is often changed.

Enchanting Kitchenette has everything you need to prepare Simple Meals.

Attention: Intelligent lock SELF check-in system, ( DON’T go to office to check in, they are onsite rental company. ) please go straight to the unit, the code will be supplied the date your arrival. Please always make sure the door is locked by clicking the bottom summit button before you leave the property.
