Apache Pier, the longest wooden pier on the east coast, is adjacent to the resort. The bait & tackle shop, arcade games, casual dining and nightly live entertainment throughout the summer make it a great place to go.
Please Note:
Guests of Prista Vacation Units can enjoy the heated bi-level pool and hot tub at Margate Tower (year-round). However, the resort exercise center facilities, the Embassy Suites Complex Splash Park and other resort pools located throughout Kingston Resort are not accessible to private vacation rental guests.
HOA policy states that the guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay. Additionally, smoking is NOT allowed inside the condo or out on the balcony. Family Animals are not allowed at any time.
Please Note: Resort management restricts golf cart units to the on-site Kingston golf cart rental office. Guests who wish to bring their personal golf carts may do so, only after completing a registration form with the resort office prior to arrival. This is the current resort policy which is subject to change. Motorcycle parking is allowed in the designated motorcycle parking area only; located just prior to the front gate and across from the exercise center. Trailer parking is NOT allowed at any time.

- June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Myrtle Beach. To get the most suitable vacation home within your budget, we highly recommend booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
- Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
- Property management companies typically offer their guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for more information.
