Alluring living room greeted by the open trendy kitchen and decor. Unique showers in the bathrooms with classy tile and vessel sinks. You will be comfortable in your Home Away from Home! The home is very inviting with an open floor plan.

This home comes with a standard 4 Passenger golf cart. ***An additional Standard Golf Cart may be added with this property for a user fee of $450. This fee is not supplied in your rental and will need to be reserved separately by phone. *** OUR GOLF CARTS ARE NOT PERMITTED OUTSIDE OF OCEAN LAKES, WE DO NOT CARRY INSURANCE FOR THAT.  IF YOU VIOLATE THIS RULE YOUR WHOLE GROUP WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE OUR RENTAL PROPERTY. Also No one under the age of 21 is allowed to drive our golfcarts. If you are caught, you may be asked to leave. Our Insurance does not cover anyone under 21 years of age.

FYI - THE CLEANING FEE YOU PAY TO STAY IN OUR RENTAL PROPERTY IS FOR SANITIZING AND BASIC CLEANING WHEN YOU DEPART, NOT FOR THROWING FOOD AND TRASH EVERYWHERE OR DEFECATING AND URINATING SOMEWHERE OTHER THAN THE TOILET.

  • In the Myrtle Beach area, The earlier you can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked early. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
  • Some property management companies offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if discounts are available for your family before you book.

  • During check-in, document any damages to the rental property and immediately contact the owner. Keep records of all coorespondence.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like unpleasant visitors bothering your peaceful home. Practice the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great beaches and places you would've never otherwise known!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all personal items. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a great time? Many rental home management companies make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your rental property and/or host was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was amiss and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
