While the Sea Mist is a 65 year-old complex, we have went above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests really adore the space, and we enjoy the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
**FAMILY PETS NOT ACCEPTED**
While we do our absolute best to ensure that all of our condos are cleaned, prepared, and comfortable for all of our guests, we do want to note that this resort is over 60 years old. Our prices reflect the age of the resort, décor, and condition of the amenities. We encourage all of our guests to do their own due diligence on the resorts and the area on all of our listings!

Myrtle Beach vacation rental home tips:
How to get the best value:
- In the Myrtle Beach area, The sooner your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are reserved early. Reserving your rental home 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.
- To find the most suitable vacation home within budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
- Property management companies sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family.
- Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.
- Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach area magazine upon arrival. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, visitor guide magazines have coupons for local attractions, tours, restaurants, and shops.
Choosing the perfect rental in the Myrtle Beach area:
- First, have your family select trip dates and a spending budget.
- Note the number bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your group requires. Completely Renovated King Suite Sea Mist 51306 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach rentals search.
- Specific details about bedrooms and bed types is generally available on booking pages. If you don't see them listed, email or call the property management company before you reserve the property. Note that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds in living rooms. You will need to determine which bed configuration is optimal for your family.
- Some properties allow pets, but others do not. Allowable types of pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and additional costs may apply. Ask the property management company about allowable pet guidelines before booking.
- Does your group require unique amenities? Most websites include search filters for amenities. Use these to your advantage to find the perfect rental home.
- Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Confirm all required amenities are available and included before booking.
Considerations for your stay:
- Get the property manager's phone number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental home.
- Hosts are great sources of help! Feel free to ask questions during your stay.
- Lock your rental property while you are gone! Don't let crooks spoil your vacation.
- Upon arrival, note any issues with the property and immediately contact the owner. Record all correspondence in case a dispute arises.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like loud vacationers disrupting your home life. Use the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and places you would have never otherwise known!
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
- Just before checking out, complete a walk-through to make sure you did not leave anything behind. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Inspect the property a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
- Leave a review! Hosts rely on excellent ratings to drive more reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your review find their best rental home. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to remedy it.
