The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 15th floor, completely modernized, 2 bedroom apartment at The Palace Resort in Myrtle Beach. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is completely furnished with 1 queen size bed, 2 full size beds, and 1 queen sleeper couch. The layout of this rental will comfortably accommodate 6 guests.
This property has been completely remodeled as of Fall 2019. This 2 bedroom suite features some amazing upgrades that include: granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, new tile floorings throughout (NO CARPET!), brand new furnishings, new paint and decor, tile showers, and so much more.
This unique layout offers ample living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! The guest bedroom is the first bedroom on the right and features 2 full-size beds and access to a private balcony with city vistas. Our guests have captured impressive sunset vistas from this spot! The master bedroom offers 1 queen bed and access to a full bathroom. This bedroom also includes access to the main balcony, which is also accessible from the living room. The guest bath is located in-between the two bedrooms.
The kitchen is definitely exceptional and features brand new appliances, cabinets, and granite countertops. The homeowners spared no expense! We provide all basic cookware, silverware, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to prepare a full meal for the family. Unlike many units, this listing also features a full-size dishwasher as well as modest appliances like a coffee maker and toaster.
The living room is really the most calming area of the entire apartment. Our guests will appreciate a freshly purchased couch as well as 2 accent chairs. This apartment was delightfully decorated, and the fresh paint and beachy decor are great touches that really make this rental one-of-a-kind! The couch converts to a queen-sized sleeper couch.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to savor your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grandiose Mall. A brand new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by.
