The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 15th floor, completely modernized, 2 bedroom apartment at The Palace Resort in Myrtle Beach. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is entirely furnished with 1 queen size bed, 2 full size beds, and 1 queen sleeper couch. The layout of this rental will comfortably accommodate 6 guests.
This property has been completely remodeled as of Fall 2019. This 2 bedroom suite features some exceptional upgrades that include: granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, new tile floorings throughout (NO CARPET!), brand new furnishings, new paint and decor, tile showers, and so much more.
This unique layout offers ample living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! The guest bedroom is the first bedroom on the right and features 2 full-size beds and access to a private balcony with city vistas. Our guests have captured pretty sunset vistas from this spot! The master bedroom offers 1 queen bed and access to a full bathroom. This bedroom also includes access to the main balcony, which is also accessible from the living room. The guest bath is located in-between the two bedrooms.
The kitchen is definitely fantastic and features brand new appliances, cabinets, and granite countertops. The homeowners spared no expense! We provide all basic cookware, silverware, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to prepare a full meal for the family. Unlike many units, this listing also features a full-size dishwasher as well as modest appliances like a coffee maker and toaster.
The living room is really the most calming area of the entire apartment. Our guests will savor a freshly purchased couch as well as 2 accent chairs. This apartment was handsomely decorated, and the fresh paint and beachy decor are great touches that really make this rental one-of-a-kind! The couch converts to a queen-sized sleeper couch.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to appreciate your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grandiose Mall. A brand new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests appreciate the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go carts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to complimentary parking and beach access.
We are confident that you are going to appreciate this rental and the location. It is really one-of-a-kind, and we are very excited to have you as our guest. See you soon!

Vacation rental booking tips and tricks:
Sticking to a spending plan:
- Summertime is high season in the Myrtle Beach area. Reserving a rental home in the Spring or Fall is an excellent way to save on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
- In the Myrtle Beach area, The earlier you can book, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation rental 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
- Management companies and individual rental owners often offer guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for additional information.
- Many rental management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitor guide magazines which include special offers, either offered independently by local companies, or through a partnership between the management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.
Use filters to search efficiently:
- Start by having your family agree to vacation dates and a spending budget.
- Note the number beds and what type of bedroom configuration your family needs. Condo with Incredible Views~ Palace 1513 has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed counts is generally accessible on booking websites. If you don't see them listed, email the property management company before you book your home. Remember that most property listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You will need to work out what configuration is optimal for your vacation family.
- Does your family require special amenities? Most rental search websites include amenity lists and search filters. Filtering by amenity will allow you to quickly find your ideal rental home.
- Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. .
- If your family is vacationing with pets, filter your search for a rental that allows animals. Get specifics on breed, weight, and type requirements. Be aware that some property owners charge additional pet fees.
Advice for a fantastic stay:
- Get the host's phone number and check in/check out procedures for your rental. We recommend storing the host's information in your smartphone and wallet.
- Note any damages to the property at check in, and immediately send them to the host. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are valuable if a dispute is filed.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, elevator or WIFI setup. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief phone call can prevent lots of difficulties.
- Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You'll enhance your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are usually a fantastic resource to find the best local beaches and hangouts.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Locals can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to order delicious takeout, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
- Protect the owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are gone, just like you would back home.
- When it's time to leave, complete a walk-through to make sure you have not leave anything behind. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Go through the property one final time and scan for damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
- After your trip, leave feedback! Hosts rely on excellent ratings to compel more reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your feedback find their best vacation rental. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to fix it.
