This 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo across from the ocean has been refreshed with a sleek game room featuring 5 arcade games and a queen sleeper couch, a 150 inch movie screen projector in the living room, a pool table, and more! Take your family or group of friends and have a blast in Myrtle Beach! You'll be staying in the only unit with an arcade game room! Have fun no matter what the weather brings!
General Rules:
*Violation will result in your loss of use of the rental unit and ejectment without refund of deposits and any paid costs.
-All occupants agree to act in a manner to permit neighbors calming enjoyment of their properties

-No Smoking
-This is a NON SMOKING vacation rental. Evidence of smoking, such as the smell of cigarette or cigar smoke inside the home by the cleaning crew is sufficient basis to charge the renter for smoke cleanup and removal from carpeting, AC ducts & filters and furnishings. This type of clean up is expensive and Renter is Liable for the deep cleaning Costs incurred. Management reserves the right to charge an additional $250.00 fee for any necessary cleaning procedures that must be done to remove smoke odor from the premises.
-No illegal activities or substance(s)
-No Fireworks
-No fires unless property has a designated fire pit, use only allowed when no fire restrictions applied.
-Exceeding max. occupancy is stringently prohibited
-No Boats, Motorhome, Motorcycles, Golf Carts, or Recreational Vehicles
Unless the property you rented has a special provision specifying details (Approved Car Addendum will be required)
-No connecting to the utilities of the property
-No unaccompanied minors
-A responsible adult over the age of 25 must be present at all times to provide adult supervision
-No grilling on balconies, decks, or porches
-No placement or hanging of items on balconies, decks, or porch (includes towels and swimsuits)
-No sitting on rails or banisters of balconies, decks or porches
-No removal of any items from the property except your personal belongings
-No moving of furnishings
-Keep property doors and windows locked at all times
-No long distance phone calls or charges to the property’s phone
-Long distance phone calls will incur a charge of $10.00 plus the cost of the call, per call.
-No Family Animals (unless Pet addendum has been finished on applicable properties)
-All events subject to (Title 45 - Hotels, Motels, Eateries And Boardinghouses) Lodging Establishment Act.
-All local ordinances and Home Owners Association Rules and Regulations must be stringently adhered to.
Other things to note:
Three parking passes are allowed per condo. Any cars beyond that will have to park on the street. It’s paid meter street parking during peak season and complimentary street parking in the off season.
