Here in the beautiful resort community of River Oaks, you'll be treated to a host of thoughtful updates throughout the condo and incredible amenities mere steps from your door.

River Oaks is a manicured condo community near the heart of the Grandiose Strand, home to the River Oaks Golf Course, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, and BBQ pits and picnic areas to appreciate in the coastal sunshine. The location is ideal, with the beach, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade, Broadway at the Beach, the Tanger Outlets, and the Coastal Grand Mall all within four miles or so.

Begin each morning outside on your screened patio, a elegant spot for calming with your coffee, cracking open a good book, or simply taking in the unobstructed view of the golf course.

Inside, the condo was newly updated with new furnishings and appliances, fresh paint, a new HVAC system, and a full-size washer/dryer to keep your swimsuits and towels at the ready. Everything has been chosen and maintained with care, from the ceramic tile in the entryway and kitchen to the new laminate floor throughout. Other highlights include a well-equipped kitchen (with a Keurig), an adjacent dining space, and a 60-inch TV in the living room (complete with Roku, YouTube TV, and the Golf Channel). The primary bedroom has its own en suite bath; the second bedroom is paired with a full bathroom as well.

THINGS TO KNOW:
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises.
No motorbikes, trailers, RVs, box trucks, boats, jet skis are allowed to be parked onsite.
This property does not have cable tv. Streaming is available with your personal accounts on the Intelligent TVs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
