By booking, Guests agree to immediately contact the Host to report any cleaning or maintenance issues at the condo and allow us time to remedy any such issues. Every reasonable effort will be made to rectify the issue, however, no refunds or adjustments to rental prices will be made.
The renter is responsible for ensuring that all guests are supplied in the reservation and comply with the House Rules. Instant book is subject to a 48-hour review.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you're uncertain about your travel plans, as we do enforce our cancellation policy. There will be no refunds for early departures or inclement weather.
We enjoy your help in keeping our space clean and tidy. Extra cleaning fee will be charged if there is excess dirt, evidence of smoking or vaping, missing or damaged items, or other issues with the condo. If you use any beach gear, please make sure it is in good working order before using it, and rinse off the sand and dry it before returning to the closet. How to get the best Myrtle Beach vacation home experience:
Get the best rental home value:
- Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of SC. To find the best value, try shifting your group's vacation dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer excellent temperatures, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
- Booking websites usually offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for specifics.
- Many property management companies supply Myrtle Beach area travel guides which often include coupons, either offered independently by local businesses, or by way of a partnership between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
How to pick the perfect rental in the Myrtle Beach area:
- Select a group leader, choose your vacation week, and choose a max budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and the bed configuration your family needs. Golden Mile~Updated~Stunning View~Rooftop Pool has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach rental home search.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is normally available on booking pages. If they are not listed, contact the host before booking the home. Remember that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds and bunks. You will need to determine which bed configuration is right for your vacation family.
- If your group is vacationing with pets, you'll need to find a rental that allows animals. Get specifics on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Be aware that some property managers charge additional pet fees.
- If there's a specific Myrtle Beach attraction you crave, browse rentals that are either nearby, or those that cater especially to your needs.
- Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. Confirm all required amenities are available before reserving a rental.
More tips for your visit:
- Get the property manager's contact number and entry/exit procedures for your rental home. We recommend storing the host's information in your smartphone and wallet.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a garage door opener, A/V setup or coffee maker. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief call can prevent lots of issues.
- Keep your rental home locked while you are gone! Don't let thieves ruin your family vacation.
- Record any damages to the property during check in, and immediately e-mail them to the property manager. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that are valuable if there is a dispute.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like loud vacationers bothering your life at home. Use the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great restaurants and attractions you would've never otherwise known about!
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
- Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all belongings. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Inspect the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
- Did your family have a excellent time? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
