Start your morning sipping coffee on the balcony watching sunrise over the ocean, or wind down in the evening with a impressive sunset. Savor resort conveniences, including a rooftop pool, an indoor/outdoor heated pool, a lazy river, and three hot tubs.
Welcome to Harmony’s Ocean Haven, your beach hideaway! We poured our hearts into creating this special getaway – not just as a place to stay, but as a true haven where you can kick back, breathe in the ocean air, and pretend for a moment that emails don’t exist. We want you to feel at home and experience the same joy, harmony and tranquility that this striking oceanfront escape brings us. From the moment you enter the condo, you are immediately greeted by beautiful ocean vistas. The condo is decorated in a coastal blue and teal palette, bringing ocean vibes indoors and connecting the living spaces and the surrounding coastal beauty.
The living room with its stunning vistas of the ocean is airy and cheerful, with a Murphy bed, an handsome dining area and inviting couch and chair. Whether you're watching a movie on the 55” intelligent TV or just debating whether to have one more beach day (the answer is always yes!), this space has you covered.
Our well-supplied, full kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals—whether you're whipping up a gourmet seafood feast or just mastering the art of vacation pancakes. And with that stunning ocean backdrop, even washing dishes might feel a little less like a chore.
The bedroom is the ideal place to rest after a day of sun and sand, with two comfortable queen beds, a 55” intelligent TV, and a dehumidifier supplied for a good nighttime’s rest.
All the artwork in the condo is original photography of the surrounding area, created by us—if you appreciate it, you’ll seriously make our day!
You will find a few beach essentials in the bedroom closet, such as body boards, a cooler, a couple of beach chairs, and an umbrella. There is a selection of books, toys, and games in the living room cabinet for those rainy days.
The bathroom features an refreshed bathtub/shower combination with a dual handheld massage shower, a separate vanity area, and plenty of fluffy towels. We also provide a non-slip bathtub mat for added safety.
Your sixth-floor private balcony is the ideal spot to take in stunning ocean vistas, watch dolphins showing off their jumps, and savor the fresh sea breeze. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee, appreciating a charming dinner, or contemplating whether to become a full-time beach bum, the balcony is the ideal spot to do it all.
Plentiful resort amenities include direct beach access, numerous pools and hot tubs, including a newly modernized rooftop pool with stunning sunsets. Little ones will delight in the poolside playground, while parents appreciate lounge chairs on a grassy lawn. The Surf Shack Oceanfront Tiki Bar offers refreshments and snacks during the season, so you can grab a bite without missing a moment of your relaxing pool time. There are soda and snack machines located throughout the resort, and also a exercise room and a laundry facility. Enjoy the convenience of complimentary onsite parking, located just steps away from your condo’s front door.

The following House Rules are in place to ensure the atmosphere of Harmony and Safety for all our guests:

By booking, guests agree to notify the host promptly upon arrival of any cleaning or maintenance concerns and allow a reasonable time for resolution. Every effort will be made to address the issue; however, refunds or rate adjustments will not be included. The primary renter is responsible for ensuring that all guests are included in the reservation and adhere to the home rules. Instant Book reservations are subject to a 48-hour review.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have any uncertainty about your travel plans or are visiting during Atlantic hurricane season, as our cancellation policy is stringently enforced. Refunds will not be supplied for early departures or inclement weather, except in the case of a mandatory evacuation order for our area.
We enjoy your help in keeping our home clean and well-maintained. An additional cleaning fee may be charged for excessive dirt, evidence of smoking or vaping, missing or damaged items, or other violations. If using beach gear, please inspect it for damage before use; rinse off any sand and allow it to dry completely before returning it to the closet. Luggage carts are not allowed inside the unit, as space is limited, and they may cause damage to furnishings or walls
Please dispose of trash promptly to help prevent pests, as our humid environment can attract them. Substantial trash containers are located near the garage elevator on each floor. Please keep the balcony door closed when the air conditioning is running to minimize humidity and condensation, which can damage the interior and furnishings.
The host is not responsible for resort-related issues, including but not limited to conveniences closures, power outages, Wi-Fi speed, water shut-offs, repairs, inclement weather, or the behavior of other guests, as these matters are completely beyond our control. In the event of resort-wide issues, please check for announcements posted in the elevators and feel complimentary to notify us so we can follow up with facility management on your behalf.
The host is not liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings that may occur in the unit or on the premises. By booking this stay, guests acknowledge and assume all risks associated with their visit.
The following City, Resort, and HOA rules are stringently enforced. Violations may result in fines or cancellation of the reservation without a refund.

• Minimum age requirement for guests is 21.
• Quiet hours begin at 11 PM. No events or huge gatherings.
• Residents of Horry, Georgetown, and Marion counties are not allowed to book.
• This is a non-smoking resort. Smoking, vaping, marijuana, e-cigarettes, etc., are stringently prohibited in the unit, on the balcony, or in common areas. A $250 fine will be charged if smoking is suspected, and guests will be responsible for any additional cleaning or remediation costs.
• Do not hang clothing, linens, or towels from balcony railings. Throwing anything from the balcony is stringently prohibited.
• The use of grilles, barbecues, deep fryers, or any open-flame cooking equipment is prohibited in the unit, on the balcony, and anywhere in the resort.
• Trash must not be left outside the front door or in hallways. Please use designated disposal areas.
• No fireworks.
• No family pets.
• Mandatory pest control is conducted on the third Tuesday of every month. Guests must provide access to the condo for service to be finished.
• Parking: One car is allowed per unit. Motorcycles are allowed, but trailers, scooters, rollerblades, golf carts, and skateboards are not allowed.
• Pool Use: Guests acknowledge that the use of any pool or pool amenities is at their own risk. Guests are responsible for the safety and supervision of all individuals in their event and must comply with posted pool rules. The host is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from pool and pool area use.
Other details to note: We provide pool/beach towels “on demand,” as most our guests prefer to bring their own. Pool/beach towels can be rented for $10 per towel for the duration of your stay, just let us know!

This condo is privately owned, so daily housekeeping is not supplied. We supply a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, and two sets of towels per guest. You can purchase additional supplies at multiple Dollar Stores and CVS locations close by.

Like any oceanfront property, our building is exposed to high humidity, tropical storms & hurricanes—conditions that can attract pests and critters. Our HOA stays on top of this with monthly broad-spectrum professional pest control, covering all units and common areas. When my unit was newly modernized, I also took additional steps to pest-proof it for the comfort of my guests and family. While it’s highly unlikely you’ll encounter anything, if you do, just let me know, and I’ll have pest control getaway the area right away
