* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.

* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am
*Guests can use the pool at the ocean between North Hampton and South Hampton Towers as well as the Richmond Park pool by our villa.
*Drip and keurig coffee makers included in unit.
*Pool is closed around November 1-April 1st
*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in
*Motorcycle and trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA. They park in a designated lot near the entrance, and trailers are $25 per day.
*Golf carts are not allowed.
*Washer/Dryer located in unit.
*Daily housekeeping unavailable.
*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap supplied.
*Two parking passes supplied in unit. No additional passes will be supplied.

Note: This home is currently for sale. If there is a real estate showing during your stay, you will be given 24 hours notice. The showing will only take about 5 mins., and you are welcome to be in the home or vacate - just go about your vacation as usual! A licensed Realtor will be there and will lock up when they leave.

House Rules:
1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the complimentary cancellation window.
4. Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an additional nighttime to your stay if needed.
5. No Animals Accepted. This includes emotional support animals regardless of documentation as HOA does not allow. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.
