*Guests can use the pool at the ocean between North Hampton and South Hampton Towers as well as the Richmond Park pool by our villa.

*Motorcycle and trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA. They park in a designated lot near the entrance, and trailers are $25 per day.

-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.
