Guests savor the pool at Richmond Park as well as the pool between North Hampton and South Hampton at the ocean (a few mins. walk) and also the pool at Arrowhead Court! Our home features contactless arrival any time after 4:00 on the check-in day and you go directly to our home - skip the check-in lines! Guests will be given a code for entry 3 days prior to their arrival. No formal check-in process, long lines, or forms to fill out!

*Motorcycle and trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA. They park in a designated lot near the entrance, and trailers are $25 per day.
*Golf carts are not allowed.

*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap supplied.

-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the complimentary cancellation window.
4. Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an additional nighttime to your stay if needed.
5. No Animals Accepted. This includes emotional support animals regardless of documentation as HOA does not allow. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.
-Golfcart units are not allowed. Golfcarts are for owners only.
