This cavernous 1800 sq ft unit features a full kitchen with a living room and dinning area. This unit comfortably accommodates 14 guests with a sizable kitchen, dining and living room area. This building features indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, kiddie play areas and a lazy river.

There are four exterior sliding doors leading to the rap around covered balconies that have fantastic Ocean vistas all the way to North Carolina. This end unit oceanfront condo is located in the North Tower and comes entirely equipped with:

•The 4th bedroom with 1 queen size bed with linens, full closet, dresser, flat screen TV, and nighttime stand.

The Ocean Reef is a full service resort. Although you’ll thoroughly savor the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll also want to take advantage of oceanfront dining at the Café du Port, which hosts a daily breakfast buffet as well as a huge a la carte menu. The Banana Boat Parlor will give you a place to mingle and enjoy a nightly social hour.

If you’re looking for a place to host a meeting or an event, catering and meeting space is available. The entire resort offers wireless internet connection. Cable TV is also supplied in your condo.

Now, let’s get down to the business of vacation fun! Our public beaches are staffed with lifeguard protection for you and your family. Beach chairs, umbrellas and body boards are available for daily or weekly rent. A striking enormous irregularly shaped 115 ft. pool, a kids’s pool, seasonal poolside bar and spa tub are all waiting for you.

In addition, you’ll enjoy an indoor recreational complex featuring a 250 ft. lazy river, freeform pool and two spa tubs. An indoor/outdoor kids’s water playground showcases a shipwreck, a mushroom waterfall, water buckets and rain showers.

This property is Smoke Free. There is a $250 fine for smoking in the unit.

Guests have access to all the pools at this building. This unit comes with 3 complimentary parking passes.
This is a non-smoking unit and there will be a $300 charge if it is discovered that someone in your event smoked inside the unit or on the balconies.

This is a no family pets allowed building and if you bring a pet into the unit during your stay you will be fined $300.

You must be at least 25 years old when reserving this unit and most of the people staying in the unit must be 25 years old.

There will be no additional charges if the following provisions are met:

• No damage is done to the condo or its contents and the unit is returned to us in the condition it was given in
• Premises are maintained in good condition and used in a careful and lawful manner
• All kitchen silverware, dishes, pots and pans are left cleaned and orderly
• No linens or household items are missing or damaged
• No early check-in or late check-out (check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10am) that are not approved by the owner
• The condo has not been smoked in including the balconies
• No pets of any kind are kept on premises
• No illegal activities are conducted in the unit or the premise of the condominium
• Loud noise is not allowed in the building, the property or unit
• You cannot have more people staying in the unit than what the reservation was approved for when accepted by the owner

Cancellation Policy:
• You will receive your full deposit back if you cancel 60 days prior to check in
• You will lose all paid rental funds if you cancel your reservation within 60 days of check in
• If we discover that you are under the age of 25, we can cancel your reservation immediately and retain all payments made to date unless it is more than 60 days prior to your check in
• We reserve the right to increase the damage deposit for any rental if any of the above provisions are not met

We are serious about the above rules and regulations and strongly enforce them, so please make sure that all the individuals in your event are made aware of these prior to checking in.

Tenant agrees to the following:
1. Maintain the premises in good condition.
2. Use premises in a careful and Lawful manner.
3. Vacate premises at the expiration of the term by the departure time.
4. Excessive cleaning expenses will be charged to the credit card on file or retained from the damage deposit.
5. Be responsible for and reimburse owner for replacement or repair of any damage to the condo or contents thereof caused as a result of misuse, neglect, negligence on the part of the Tenant or Tenant’s family, or guest for damage done above the amount held for the damage deposit.
6. Hold Owner harmless from any claims, action, damages, liabilities and expenses in connection with loss of life, personal injury and/or damage or loss to personal property, arising from or out of any occurrence in, upon or at the leased premises, occasioned wholly or in part by any act or omission of Tenant, or Tenant’s family, or guests or as the result of any defective item on the premises.
