In the living area, a rock wall with a constructed-in fireplace was installed. Guests will appreciate the LED electric fireplace and the enormous flat screen intelligent TV. Decorative blackout curtains were installed over each window, and guests will be able to open and close them with ease. A new queen bed and bed frame were installed, as well as a new headboard. Everything in this condo is brand new! A new couch was installed as well that will convert to a queen size sleeper couch. Guests will savor calming on the couch, by the fire, and catching countless South-facing vistas! In the kitchen, brand new cabinets were installed and supplied with all basic cookware and kitchen necessities. A new granite countertop was installed along with a bespoke tile backsplash. The stainless steel appliances compliment the cabinets and countertops tremendously! Guests will enjoy all new appliances; microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer.
No expense was spared during the bathroom remodel. Out with the old, in with the new! The bathroom was gutted from floor to ceiling. A gorgeous, tile, walk-in shower was constructed. The shower features a modern sliding glass door. Ceramic, granite subway tile was installed in the shower, and the tile continues along the walls of the bathroom; very nice and clean! A new toilet was installed. A brand new vanity, sink, and bathroom mirror were also installed.
Upon arrival, guests will enter into a hallway. Unlike many other studios at the Palace, the hallway provides some separation from the rest of the condo. Guests will have access to a linen closet for storage. The AC and water heater are located in a separate area beside the linen closet. Being an end-unit, not only will guests enjoy oceanfront vistas, but South-facing vistas as well. The glass windows around the living area really make the unit special, and the vistas are beautiful.

Finding the best Myrtle Beach rental home experience:
How to get the best rental value:
- To book the largest rental within budget, we highly recommend booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at Myrtle Beach restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
- In the Myrtle Beach area, The earlier your group can book, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked early. Reserving your rental six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your group qualifies for a discount.
- Booking websites typically offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for details.
- Often, management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area visitor guides that include money-saving offers, either offered independently by local companies, or by way of a partnership between the management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach area magazine and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.
Planning, picking, and booking your prefectvacation home:
- Select a designated group leader, choose your dates, and choose a maximum budget.
- Note the number bedrooms and the configuration your family requires. Luxurious Oceanfront Queen Suite - Fully Renovated! Palace Resort 1203 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our search.
- Specific details about bedrooms and bed types is almost always available on booking pages. Otherwise, call the property management company before reserving the home. Note that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which usually includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
- If there's a particular Myrtle Beach beach you are enamored with, browse rentals that are either close by, or those that cater to your requirements.
- Suitable accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. Make certain to ask about wheel chair accessibility, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
- Do your family pets travel with you? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your agreement! Additional pet fees or could be applied to your agreement.
More considerations for your visit:
- Add the host's information to your smartphone. Take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
- Make a record of any damages to the rental at check in, and immediately send them to the owner. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be helpful if a dispute arises.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a hot tub, television set or thermostat. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief text message can prevent a lot of problems.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disagreeable visitors bothering your home life. Use the golden rule for best judgement. If they like you, locals might even recommend great restaurants and attractions you would've not otherwise known!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can often help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Ensure you protect the owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are out, just like you would back home.
- Just before checking out, take a walk-through to make sure you did not forget anything. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, remember to take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
- Leave feedback! Hosts rely on good reviews to compel more bookings. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your experience find their best vacation home. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to remedy it.
