Wow! Check out this completely refreshed oceanfront studio located at the Sea Mist Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. the homeowner spared no expense on this studio apartment and it is conveniently one of the most striking condos at the entire resort.
After a $25,000 remodel, this vacation rental features some of the most extravagant updates. To start, the floor was replaced with a moisture resistant, luxury vinyl plank floor, and the entire apartment has been repainted. This is one of the only condos that features bespoke, recessed lighting, as well as brand new light fixtures. This glorified hotel room offers modern, high-end, luxury furnishings made from solid wood. The bed is king sized and has a color-changing LED headboard. Other accents include a freestanding mirror, Belgain rugs, iron and ironing board, and so much more!
Guests adore being able to relax on the couch and listen to the ocean! Directly across from the bed and couch there is a constructed-in, 50 inch fireplace with LED color changing lights. Above the fireplace, guests will savor a brand new 65 inch Samsung intelligent TV. The tiled wall is a handsome focal point within the apartment. Between the fireplace and balcony, a very nice dresser and mirror are available for our guests to use.
The kitchen is definitely beautiful and features new cabinetry, sink, faucet, and appliances. All appliances are stainless steel and full size. The backsplash is porcelain tile. A brand new glass-top dining table and chairs are located just beside the kitchen area. The kitchen is entirely supplied with basic cookware, silverware, dishes and cups, and everything you'll need to prepare! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of magnificant dining options within a short drive or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Post Mates have become very trendy food delivery options along the Grandiose Strand.
The bathroom is located to the right just as soon as you enter the condo. The bathroom has been completely updated and features some pretty updates! The shower is a bespoke walk in shower that features polished porcelain tile from Italy. The floors in the bathroom are tile as well.

We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom. Past guests really appreciate the space, and we appreciate the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! How to find the best Myrtle Beach rental experience:
When to book a Myrtle Beach rental home & When to go:
- Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- To book the largest vacation home within budget, we recommend reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at Myrtle Beach restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
- Property management companies often offer renters an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for details.
- Many rental management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guide magazines that include special deals, either offered directly by local companies, or through a relationship with the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach area magazine and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.

- Looking for special amenities? Most rental search websites include search filters with amenity lists.
- Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. .
Have a great stay:
- Review arrival and departure procedures before leaving home. Take a printed copy, and add a note with the directions to your smartphone.
- Property managers are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask any questions during your stay.
- Keep the property locked while you are out! Don't let crooks spoil your vacation.
- To make sure no damages are linked to your stay, note any problem areas during arrival. Contact the host right away to report any pre-existing damages. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having a record of concerns and contact attempts will be useful.

- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to take kids for a treat, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
- On check-out day, complete a walk-through to make sure you didn't forget anything. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
