After a $25,000 remodel, this vacation rental features some of the most opulent updates. To start, the floor was replaced with a moisture resistant, luxury vinyl plank floor, and the entire apartment has been repainted. This is one of the only condos that features bespoke, recessed lighting, as well as brand new light fixtures. Above the fireplace, guests will savor a brand new 65 inch Samsung intelligent TV. The tiled wall is a handsome focal point within the apartment. Between the fireplace and balcony, a very nice dresser and mirror are available for our guests to use.

A brand new glass-top dining table and chairs are located just beside the kitchen area. Past guests really appreciate the space, and we appreciate the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. Strategies for getting the best Myrtle Beach rental experience:
How to get the best rental value:
- Reserving a rental home in Spring or Fall is our best tip for saving money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
- The earlier your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are booked early. Reserving your rental property up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
- Property managers sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group.
- Booking websites frequently offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for specifics.
- Often, property management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitor guides which often include money-saving deals, either offered directly by local businesses, or by way of a partnership between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach area magazine and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.
Make a plan and pick the rightrental home:
- Select a group leader, choose your dates, and choose a max budget.
- Determine how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration you need. Luxury Oceanfront Studio Sea Mist Resort 20907 King Suite 9th Floor has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Specific information about bedrooms and bed counts is regularly accessible online. If you don't see them listed, email or call the host before booking the property. Note that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which often includes sofa beds.
- Looking for unique amenities? Most rental websites include search filters with amenity lists. Filtering by amenity will allow you to quickly find your ideal rental home.
- Suitable accessibility can make or break a vacation for persons with a disability. Make certain to ask about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
- If your family is traveling with pets, you must book a rental that allows animals. Ask for information on breed, size, and type restrictions. Usually, hosts charge additional pet fees.
More considerations:
- Add the property manager's phone number to your phone. Print and take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
- To make sure that damages aren't linked to your family's stay, make note of any problem areas during arrival. Make contact with the host immediately to document any pre-existing damages. If there is a dispute, having a record of concerns and contact attempts will be valuable.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, stereo or thermostat. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief phone call can prevent quite a few concerns.
- Be respectful of your neighbors. Frequently, adjacent homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking regulations reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Ensure you protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking and securing the home when you are out, just like you would back home.
- Double-check every room of the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all of your belongings on check-out day. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Inspect the rental one final time and scan for damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host isn't available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
- Leave a review! Property managers rely on great ratings to stimulate new bookings. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationers will appreciate that you share your experience find their best rental home. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to remedy it.
