In addition, there is another outdoor pool just outside of the condo and the indoor pool is next door. The condo is just a short walk to the hard true (clay) tennis courts and the on-site restaurant where you can savor a great breakfast on the days when you don't want to prepare. Barefoot Landing shopping/entertainment/restaurant complex is just across the street and is an painless walk. Our condo is really a place where you can relax at the beach, spend time with family, or shop or dine to your heart's content.

Tips and Tricks to get the best Myrtle Beach vacation home experience:
How to get the best rental value:
- In the Myrtle Beach area, The earlier you can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation rental up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
- To find the best vacation home within your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at Myrtle Beach restaurants, beaches, and activities.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
- Booking websites usually offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for more information.
- Often, rental management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guides which include money-saving offers, either offered directly by local businesses, or through a relationship with the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach area magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
Finding the perfect rental in Myrtle Beach:
- Select your dates and maximum budget.
- Decide how many beds and the bed configuration your family needs. Newly Renovated, 2 BR\/2 Bath Resort Atmosphere, Shopping and Entertainment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach vacation rental search.
- Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed counts is commonly accessible online. If not, reach out to the property management company before booking the rental. Remember that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which usually includes pull out couches in living rooms.
- If your family is vacationing with pets, you'll need to search for a pet-friendly property. Ask for information on breed, size, and type restrictions. Note that some property owners charge additional pet fees.
- Does your group require specific amenities? Most websites include search filters for amenities. Filtering by amenity will allow you to quickly find the perfect rental.
- Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Confirm all required amenities are available and included before reserving a rental.
Additional considerations:
- Get the property manager's contact number and check in/check out procedures for your . We recommend storing the manager's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a garage door opener, elevator or thermostat. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief text message prevents a lot of concerns.
- Ensure you protect the owner (and your things!) by locking the property when you are out, just like you would at home.
- To make certain that damages are not attributed to your family's stay, record any problem areas during check in. E-mail the rental manager right away to relay any issues. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having a record of concerns and contact attempts will be very helpful.
- Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You will magnify your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are often a great resource to find the best local beaches and hangouts.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
- Re-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed all personal items at departure. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, remember to take video of the rental to record its condition.
- Did you have a terrific stay? Many rental home management companies make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your property and/or property management company was great, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was inoperable and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
