This condo is located less than a mile off of Highway 501 and Highway 31 (the two main highways in the area). Not only is it within mins. of multiple award winning golf courses but it is also conveniently located on a golf course- River Oaks pristine waterfront golf club open since 1987 with 3 9-hole courses, driving range, and clubhouse! Our condo is less than a 10 min. drive to the beach, and many tourist attractions. Waterway Village has both an indoor and outdoor pool, tennis/pickleball courts, and putting green, all within a short walk from the condo.
This condo is completely furnished and features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining area, full kitchen, and an upsized, screened-in porch. The master bedroom features a king bed, two dressers for storage, TV with cable, nighttime stands on either side of the bed, closet for additional storage, window with natural lighting, ceiling fan, and access to the private master bathroom. The master bath features a tub/shower, toilet, vanity, and mirror.
The guest bedroom is the first bedroom on the right upon entering the condo. The guest bedroom features 2 twin-size beds, dresser, TV with cable, nighttime stand, closet for storage, ceiling fan, and window for natural light.
The guest bathroom is located just outside of the guest bedroom and features a tub/shower, toilet, vanity, and upsized mirror.
Making our way through the condo, guests will find the freshly refreshed entirely-supplied kitchen centrally located and features new granite counter tops, handsome new cabinetry, double-compartment sink, new full-size stainless steal appliances such as a full size stove, refrigerator, freezer, dish washer, and mounted microwave. We also provide all basic kitchen necessities that include dishes, plates, cups, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig, cookware, cooking silverware, and much more! Cooking a meal or snack will not be a problem! For guests who prefer to dine out, there are hundreds of award-winning eateries within a 10 min. drive of Waterway Village. Many eateries in the area offer delivery, and for those who prefer to stay in, food delivery options such as Uber Eats and DoorDash are very fashionable options!
The combined living room and dining room are located just off of the kitchen. The living room features a comfortable couch that converts to a sleeper couch accepting for a max. of 6 guests to sleep in this condo comfortable, accent chairs, TV, modern decor, coffee table, as well as access to the private balcony over looking the golf course. The dining area includes a dinner table with chairs.
The living room is really the most calming area of the entire apartment. This apartment is elegantly decorated and the modern decor & furnishings really make this rental one-of-a-kind! The private balcony is ideal! Many guests have sent photos of some colorful sunsets and sunrises.
Guests will also adore the convenience of having a washer and dryer located in the unit!
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to savor your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent packets, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
Guests will have access to basic cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
Waterway Village is an inland community that features indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, putting green, golf course vistas, basketball court, fishing pier, boat dock, tennis courts, and painless access to the beach and so much more.
