BRAND NEW HOME 2024
Come savor your vacation in this pretty new home in Ocean Lakes with its own personal putting green! This home has it all, five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, completely equipped kitchen, and two enormous decks to sit out and appreciate the impressive weather! Home features three master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and private deck access. Each bedroom has a roku and home has Wi-Fi included. Home is just a short walk from the beach and
ask about a way to save on credit card costs!

Family room has huge sectional and a comfortable chair with ottoman.
Entirely Equipped kitchen with a Keurig Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker, crockpot, dishwasher, microwave, all stainless-steel appliances and ice maker on refrigerator. Giant kitchen island has seating for four and dining table has seating for five.
Main level has a King size bed in the master with an ensuite walk-in shower and double vanity. Master has a private access door to the deck.
Upstairs has two master suites with deck access and ensuite bathrooms. Both level decks are roomy and wrap around side of home. First master on right has a King size bed with walk-in shower and deck access. Master on left has Queen size bed with walk-in shower and deck access.
To the left of steps is the bunk room with a twin over full bed and a chaise lounge. Across the hall is the Queen bedroom and a hall bath with a tub/shower combo next door. Each bedroom throughout home has a ceiling fan, closet, dresser and roku tv.
Full size laundry room on main level with washer and dryer beside kitchen and a half bath across the hall.


This home has plenty to offer and great outdoor entertainment! Outside has great lighting at nighttime and is the ideal place for your family to enjoy your next vacation!

Ocean Lakes is a family-aligned, 24-hour gated, security patrolled community with a multitude of amenities. It is located in Myrtle Beach and is the most complete oceanfront campground on the east coast. With nearly a mile of privately owned beachfront, it also features eight freshwater lakes great for fishing. Facilities on site in the campground include a heated indoor pool, an outdoor Olympic size pool and a brand-new full-size water park compete with kiddie area, lazy river, and slides. Golf cart rental is available on the premises. There are also three snack bars, an arcade with 80+ games, an outdoor theatre with scheduled events, playgrounds, basketball courts, shuffleboard courts, a miniature golf area, a recreation center with supervised activities for kids, and a mile of beach all within the community grounds.

About the Area

Located in Surfside Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. The Market Common and Broadway at the Beach are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Family Kingdom Amusement Park and SkyWheel Myrtle Beach. Ripley's Aquarium and Old Time Pottery are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and horse riding nearby.
