Welcome to Myrtle Beach the ideal way, where a Brooklyn chic meets the shore! If you appreciate morning meditation or peaceful time al fresco, we've got that covered! Unit 913 is an exceptional value. Why book anything else? When you enter unit 913, you will feel right at home. Check out this 9th floor, newly refreshed, 2 bedroom apartment at The Palace Resort in Myrtle Beach. This ocean view condo is entirely furnished with 1 queen size bed in the master bedroom, and 2 full size beds in the guest bedroom. This unit offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, as well as 2 balconies for your enjoyment.

This unique layout offers ample living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped. This condo offers a striking, updated kitchen and tile floors throughout. The apartment features an updated, completely equipped kitchen with an island, where you can appreciate the open layout and the ocean breeze. The living room has extraordinary floor to ceiling windows accepting plenty of light and air to flow.

The kitchen is very cavernous and is one of the features that separates the Palace from many other resorts and units. Very few units offer an upsized kitchen like this condo and other units here at the Palace. We provide all basic cookware, silverware, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to prepare a full meal for the family. This listing also features a full-size dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove, as well as modest appliances like a coffee maker and toaster.

The living area is the most comfortable area of the apartment. Guests can relax on the couch and savor countless vistas of the Southern coastline. The balcony off the living room has fantastic ocean vistas, step out and enjoy the endless sea of blue; a great place to enjoy morning coffee or an evening beverage watching the sunset and boats go by.

The guest bedroom is the first bedroom on the right when you enter the condo. This bedroom features 2 full size beds. Guests will also have access to a private balcony overlooking Ocean Boulevard in this room. The guest bathroom is located just outside of the bedroom.

The master bedroom is the second bedroom on the right and features a queen bed, closet for storage, access to the ocean view balcony, and a private bathroom.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

The Palace Hotel is located on the ocean at Myrtle Beach, it also offers a full hotel experience with indoor / outdoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, gym and putting greens. Why book anything else? This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grandiose Mall. A brand new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests appreciate the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to complimentary parking and beach access.

We are confident that you are going to adore this rental and the location. It is really one-of-a-kind, and we are very excited to have you as our guest. Unit 913 is an striking value. Why book anything else? See you soon!

******* Please note that affective from now 10/02 through further notice the modest indoor spa is closed for renovations, but the pools are open!*********

How to book the best Myrtle Beach vacation rental experience:

Getting the most from your vacation rental budget:

  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer months are high season in the Myrtle Beach area. To book the largest rental for your budget, we recommend reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property management companies frequently offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for details.
  • Find a copy of your local visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local stories, visitors guide magazines contain discounts for nearby shops and restaurants.

Planning, selecting, and booking a perfect Myrtle Beach rental:

  • Select a group lead, choose your vacation dates, and select a max budget.
  • Determine how many bedrooms and the configuration you need. Ocean View 2 Bedroom Apartment with Great Views Palace Resort 913 has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
  • Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is often available on booking websites. If you don't see them listed, email or call the property owner before reserving the vacation home. Note that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which often includes pull out couches in living rooms. You'll need to work out what bed configuration is optimal for your group.
  • Do your family pets travel with you? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Ask your host before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Pet fees or costs may be applied to your invoice.
  • If there's a specific Myrtle Beach destination you crave, search for homes that are either close by, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
  • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. .

More considerations:

  • Add the owner's information to your phone. Print and take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
  • Property managers are there to help! Feel free to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Ensure you protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property while you are gone, just like you would at home.
  • Document any issues with the rental upon arrival, and immediately send them to the property manager. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are beneficial if damages are assessed.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like unpleasant visitors disrupting your peace. Employ the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great beaches and places you would've never otherwise known!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the property to reconfirm you've collected all personal belongings. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a wonderful time? Many rental websites make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property management company was fantastic, they would love to hear about it. If anything was defective and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
