Additional information about rental prices and reservations:
* $200 returnable Security Deposit is required. It’s usually returned in 5-10 days after checkout. Once my housekeeper verifies the condo was left in the condition it was found (besides normal cleaning).
* Rental deposit $200 is required to make a reservation along with signed paperwork. This $200 rolls into your returnable security deposit once full payment has been received.
* The total rental balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date or immediately if booked within 30 days of your visit.
* To make a reservation please fill out the online form on this website which will send me an e-mail so that I can then send you an e-mail with the paperwork necessary to make a reservation. Please be sure to check your spam/junk mail folders for my return emails too.
