This very roomy 6 bedroom, 5 bath beach home is located in the very secluded residential Beach Drive section located on the north end of Myrtle Beach. This beach home has been a Booe Realty vacation rental property for many years providing families many fond vacation memories. The Whitaker House features Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 porches, sizable living room, dining room, completely equipped kitchen, and the downstairs offers 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, huge family room, washer/dryer and an oceanfront patio. Central heat and air in home. Affordably priced for that special vacation! A modest pet is allowed for a modest fee and with some restrictions. min. occupancy is 16 people.
Bedspreads, blankets and pillows are supplied with The Whitaker House. For tranquility of mind, Booe Realty does offer travel insurance through Red Sky Travel Insurance and provides each renter with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in.
Booe Realty offers vacation units, winter units, long term units and real estate sales throughout the Myrtle Beach/Grandiose Strand area. No enormous gatherings, ceremonies, tents of outside music allowed.
