The Palace Resort building is an oceanfront secure bldg. with 24 hr security & on the east or beach side of South Ocean Bldg. Palace Resort has 2 outdoor pools & indoor / outdoor 3 outdoor jacuzzis, oceanfront restaurant / bar., kids arcade, gym, steam and sauna. Oceanfront pools and jacuzzis & an indoor hottub on the 22 floor (2 floors above my Palace #2013 condo on 20th floor! We savor your business! All vacation guests are required to provide owner their mailing address at reservation, & sign owner vacation rental form (mailed or emailed to you) with your info and ours on it before we mail you our final letter with: 2 MB P2013 condo keys, 2 parking passes, map, rules, bldg. door lock code, pool wristbands, owner rental agreement, all. Therefore, we need your mailing address.
Owner requires 2 weeks min. prior notice before your stay & booking online. If in doubt e-mail owner first before you book online and get approval! This is due to 2 mailings and your total payment clearing our bank and we receive your signed vacation rental form before we mail you condo access final letter with keys, pool wristbands, parking passes, rules, map, all.
