Summary:
Recently remodeled 2BR/1BA condo in few mins. walk to the beach. It is located in the heart of Myrtle beach near Uptown downtown Market commons with modren eateries and stores. Less then 5 min drive to the airport and 10min drive to Broadway at the beach and main attractions. Walmart is 5 streets away. Entirely outfitted kitchen, sleeps up to 6 guests.
*PET OWNERS: family pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved, please contact me for details.

The Space:
2nd floor (must climb stairs) 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, Very roomy condo. 2 King beds, 1 pullout couch in the living room.
Kitchen is completely equipped with all basics.
Dining area open to living room.
Sheets and linens supplied.
Free WiFi and intelligent TV's available.
*Family Animals are allowed with a $75 pet fee per pet. Please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are supplied for showers only.
*Shared laundry room on the premisses.

The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furnishings and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furnishings, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper supplied, guests should bring their own extras.
*Bed sheets are supplied (one set per bed)
*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

• Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all personal belongings. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the property a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• Did your family have a fantastic vacation? Many rental managers make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your rental and/or property management company was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was inoperable and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
