The huge, comfortable 3 -piece sectional couch in the living area and attached screened in porch create a space that's ideal for gatherings and entertaining inside or out! The upstairs loft is a real favorite with the kids; especially the new 60” Intelligent LED TV! Furnished with a sleeper couch and loveseat, “the loft” has become a kid's home within our home!
Step out on the rooftop deck with a cup of coffee in the morning to watch the sunrise and relax with a glass of wine at nighttime to savor the simple tranquility and tranquility of Kingston Resort. What a way to begin and end each day!

Please Note: Private vacation rental guests do not have access to 78 Exercise, the Embassy Suites Splash Park or pools located elsewhere within Kingston Plantation.
We generally accept Saturday to Saturday, 7-nighttime reservations in-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Alternate check-in / check-out dates and/or shorter stays may be available upon request. HOA policy states that the guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay. Additionally, smoking is NOT allowed inside the villa, on the screened in porch or rooftop deck. Animals are not allowed at any time.
Per Kingston Resort HOA Update: Trailer parking is not allowed. Motorcycles are not allowed past the front gate. Limited onsite parking for motorbikes is available, just outside the front gate.

Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationers will will be grateful for your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to fix it.
