Past guests really appreciate the space, and we appreciate the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.

Tricks and tips to get the best rental experience:
Getting the most from your spending budget:
- Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring is an excellent way to save money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
- Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Property management companies sometimes offer discounts for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group.
- Property managers typically offer renters an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for additional information.
- Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great information, visitor guide magazines have offers and deals for local shops and restaurants.
Make a plan and pick the best Myrtle Beach vacation home:
- First and foremost, have your family choose the best dates and a budget.
- Decide how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration you need. Recently Updated Double Queen Suite-Ocean Views! Sea Mist 51308 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach vacation rental search.
- Precise information about bedrooms and bed counts is regularly accessible on booking websites. If they are not listed, email or call the property owner before booking the vacation property. Note that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds and bunks.
- If there's an individual Myrtle Beach destination you crave, search for homes that are either close by, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
- Suitable accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. Remember to confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before reserving a rental
- Some properties allow pets, and others don't. Allowable types of family pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and added charges may apply. Ask the owner about allowable breeds and types before booking.
More tips for your visit:
- Store the manager's information in your smartphone and wallet.
- To make certain that no damages are linked to your family's visit, inspect for any problem areas upon your arrival. Make contact with the rental manager right away to report any issues. If there is a dispute, having the recorded concerns and contact attempts will be useful.
- Property managers are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay more pleasurable. You'll increase your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are usually a terrific resource to find the best local restaurants, beaches, and hangouts.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can often help. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
- Ensure you protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental while you are away, just like you would back home.
- Double-check the property to confirm that you've packed all belongings at check-out. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Did your group have a wonderful vacation? Many rental management companies make it easy for travelers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property management company was great, they would love to hear about it. If anything was amiss and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
