Myrtle Beach rental home booking tips and tricks:
Find your perfect rental home:

- In the Myrtle Beach area, The earlier you can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best properties are booked very early. Booking your vacation property six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
- Owners sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
- Booking websites usually offer guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for specifics.
- Often, management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitor guide magazines which will include money-saving offers, either offered independently by local businesses, or by way of a partnership between the management company and the business itself.
