Fantastic Vistas from this Oceanfront 2 BR Condo with sizable balcony! Located in the South Tower, Fourth Floor #409

Freshly refreshed condo with granite and new cabinets. There is a 55” flat panel TV on the wall in the living room and 32' flat panel TV's in the bedrooms. There are also 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom (instead of 2 doubles).
We have handsome 18" tile throughout the condo with luxury vinyl planks in and the bedrooms.

Seawatch is a phenomenal Oceanfront resort located in the Arcadian section of Myrtle Beach, SC. The resort has 5 outdoor pools, 2 Indoor pools, 1 indoor kids’s pool, 2 Lazy Rivers, 11 Whirlpools. There is also an on site restaurant, Captain’s Cove which has a fantastic southern breakfast buffet.
There is a work-out room in the North Tower.

Located only mins. from the Tanger Outlets, Myrtle Beach Mall, Myrtle Beach's famed Restaurant Row and more, Sea Watch is set conveniently among Myrtle Beach, South Carolina's most trendy attractions.

This is also a great resort in the winter…golf, shopping, shows, indoor pools and hot tubs to savor! Also, a variety of daily activities offered to kids and adults. Bingo is always a favorite!

The condo sleeps 8: Master with king bed, second bedroom with 2 queen beds and a sleeper couch in the living room. There is a full kitchen and washer and dryer.

There is complimentary wireless internet in the unit. The password will be supplied.

All linens and towels are supplied in the price.

$100 returnable security deposit will be due. Certain weeks require more.

I must receive a copy of driver’s license and signed rental agreement.

NO smoking in unit or balcony, NO Animals or animals, NO renter under the age of 25.

Motorcycles and Trailers will not be allowed on resort property between May 1st and September 30th.
