How to get the best rental value:

• The sooner your group can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked very early. Booking your rental six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
• Summer months are the most expensive season in coastal SC. To get the best value, try changing your family's Myrtle Beach vacation week to the Spring or Fall seasons. • When it's time to leave, complete a walk-through to make sure you haven't leave anything behind. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Inspect the property a final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• Did you have a wonderful time? Many rental management companies make it easy for travelers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or host was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was amiss and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
