This cavernous 3 bedroom condo offers elegant oceanfront vistas and all the amenities you need for a ideal stay. Located on the 10th floor, this family-friendly sanctuary is a great place to stay. This unit comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, with a king-size bed in the primary bedroom and 2 doubles each in the two guest bedrooms. Savor the entirely equipped kitchen, for early morning breakfasts or evenings when you want to dine in. And for your convenience, there is also a washer/dryer in the condo.

PARADISE RESORT is located on the oceanfront roughly 22 blocks south of downtown Myrtle Beach, where you will find amusement parks, shopping, eateries and many impressive attractions.

The PARADISE RESORT offers MANY AMENITIES! Spend the day at the beach and riding the waves, or grab a tropical drink from the poolside tiki bar and relax by the enormous oceanfront pool. The kids will adore the indoor lazy river and pool - both great for days when the weather is not cooperating. There are also 2 indoor hottub pools for the adults to appreciate. Around the pool deck, you will find fun things to do like cornhole or a giant chess game.

CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES THAT RESULT IN A SHORTENED STAY, THAT ARE MADE WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF THE ARRIVAL, FORFEIT ALL MONIES PAID UNLESS THE CONDO IS REBOOKED FOR THE SAME RENTAL DATES & RATE. IF THE PROPERTY IS REBOOKED FOR THE RENTAL DATES (PARTIALLY OR FULLY) A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE RATE THAT WE WERE ABLE TO REBOOK THE PROPERTY FOR AT THE LAST MINUTE, MINUS A $100 CANCEL FEE.

IN CASE OF A HURRICANE, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF THERE IS A "MANDATORY" EVACUATION ORDER GIVEN FOR THE AREA THAT THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN. AT THAT TIME, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON ANY UNUSED PORTION OF RENT FROM DATE EVACUATION ORDER STARTS TO THE DATE THE EVACUATION ORDER IS LIFTED. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN OUTSIDE OF THE EVACUATION ORDER DATES.
