WELCOME to our beach home! Our vacation home is in the West Hyde Park of Kingston Plantation! Our condo is in the center of Kingston Plantation; we are about a 5 min. walk to the new Health Club, opened May 2017 and 8-10 mins. through Kingston Plantation to the beach.

Our condo has plenty of room for a family of 6-7 at all stages, toddlers to teens! The kitchen is well outfitted for making home cooked meals! It can also be a peaceful getaway for just adults, parents, golfers and girls-only-getaway!!!

Condo upgrades as of 2017:
New furnishings in the family room,
New king bed in the master bedroom.
New paint throughout.
A private router for better and faster cable and internet.

In 2013 we completely modernized our condo with the following upgrades:
*Granite counter-tops in the kitchen and baths.
*New appliances in the kitchen.

*Modern tiled walk-in shower in the master bath with additional huge shower head.
*Framed mirror over vanity with 'his & hers' sinks in master bath.
*New light fixtures in the dining room and baths.
* New Chairs in the Dining Room
* New Light and Ceiling Fan in the Family Room
* New Light Fixture on the bedroom ceiling fan
* All new high-def, flat-screen wall mounted TV's (4, one in each room)

We have 3-bedrooms which provide ample sleep space for extended family vacations! We look forward to your upcoming stay in our vacation home!

Kingston Plantation is a 145-acre master planned community...it is nothing less than SPECTACULAR! 23-acres of fresh water lakes that are surrounded by charmingly manicured grounds and mature trees. The community features a 1/2-mile of wide, white sand beaches, 13-pools, a Sport & Health Facility with 3 tennis courts (a separate, additional charge), 4 on-site eateries and an Embassy Suites Hotel where you can savor their seasonal pool-side bar/cafe' band (Vacation Rental By Owner guests do NOT have use of the Embassy Suites' pool decks or Splash! Waterpark) and oceanfront eateries.

Located in Myrtle Beach, this villa is near theme parks. Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Ripley's Aquarium and SkyWheel Myrtle Beach.
