This handsome condo features a cavernous layout of a full kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and living room with a dining area. One balcony is located off the living room with a charming direct ocean view and the other is off the private bedroom with a StreetSide /sunset view. Brand new 55” intelligent TVs in the bedroom and living room. The kitchen is entirely equipped featuring a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, oven and sink with granite countertops. Also a Keurig and complimentary coffee to savor during your stay. The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with duvet and quilt. There is a new 55” SMART tv and also a desk work space overlooking the ocean vistas. The bathroom features a tub/ shower combo and vanity sink.
