This striking condo features a cavernous layout of a full kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and living room with a dining area. One balcony is located off the living room with a handsome direct ocean view and the other is off the private bedroom with a StreetSide /sunset view. Brand new 55” intelligent TVs in the bedroom and living room. The kitchen is completely equipped featuring a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, oven and sink with granite countertops. Also a Keurig and complimentary coffee to appreciate during your stay. The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with duvet and quilt. There is a new 55” SMART tv and also a desk work space overlooking the ocean vistas. The bathroom features a tub/ shower combo and vanity sink. The living room has a Murphy bed and couch bed both double/ full size bed. Also a brand NEW intelligent tv. The dining area has seating for 4. The outside balcony has chairs and tables with vistas for days! The Patricia Grand features all the water amenities featuring a heated outdoor oceanfront pool, indoor pool, lazy river, hot tubs and kiddie pool. The on-site dining features breakfast buffets and evening dining at the oceanfront Indigo Coastal Kitchen. Appreciate a beverage at Stranded Jack’s Beached Bar or a fast snack and Starbucks Coffee from Ground Floor Café.
