Inviting 2-story raised beach home on Coral Dr in the sought after MH section. The beach is only an 8 min walk or 3 min ride away as well as the water park. Convenient access to the South Gate and overflow parking, avoid the main gate congestion. Ample parking under the home with painless in & out, even for bigger cars. Plenty of additional golf cart parking too!
Stunning LVP floor throughout, no carpet! New furnishings inside and out, outdoor bar and seating area under the home. Savor the sun and shade on all three levels with plenty of outdoor seating. Keep cool inside with 2 NEW A/C units. Two family rooms provide additional indoor space for watching a movie or just appreciating family time.
MAIN LEVEL:
The family room on the main level has a TV, ceiling fan, recliner, leather couch and two swivel chairs.
Generous, refreshed entirely equipped kitchen with center island and separate dining area.
Master king bedroom has a TV, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, and access to the main level deck with separate seating area.
