The bottom-level offers wide bays for simple and ample parking along with a designated area for Golf Cart parking (2). There is a Gas/ Charcoal grille complimented by a huge, shaded seating area, as well as a double swing and two single swings. In addition, there is a sizable enclosed hot/cold shower and covered area to store beach chairs.

The main floor consists of a enormous furnished kitchen, open concept living room and dining area with a 65 inch Intelligent TV, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Full bathroom and a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer.
