This striking and comfortable 1 bedroom is located on North Ocean Blvd across the street from our enchanting Atlantic Ocean in the esteemed Golden Mile area. It’s located in with handsome condos and million dollar homes.

This 2nd floor condo is mere steps away from the beach, pool, spa and parking.

The condo has a separate bedroom with queen bed. The living room has a couch bed which converts to a twin bed.

It's managed and cleaned by the owner so it is the ideal home away from home
The space
The condo sleeps 3 adults or 2 adults with 2 modest kids.

We provide bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, bed linens and blankets. You will find plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and hand soap. We also furnish shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, individual makeup wipes and a few other items you may have forgotten.

You will also find a hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

There is a modest wardrobe to hang your belongings. There is also a dresser for additional items.

We ask our guests to respect and treat the condo as if it were their own and leave it as they found it. There are cleaning supplies and cloths under the kitchen sink for messes and dish detergent and a drying rack is also under the sink.

Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age and staying in the condo.
