Those words could not be more true when describing this handsomely refreshed 4 bedroom beach home located in Gleneagles Cottages, part of the award-winning Legends Golf Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. "5325 Abbey Park Loop" is located just steps away from the 18-hole golf courses, making it a prime vacation spot for any golf lover! This home is a short ride to many eateries, shopping and entertainment. The beach home neighbors so many attractions! These attractions are within a 10 min. drive of the property.

This newly updated beach home features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, uncovered back patio with grille and fire pit, covered front porch, covered second floor balcony, living room, full kitchen, full size appliances, full size washer and dryer, huge game room, garage that was converted to a second game room, and enough linens to accommodate up to 10 guests!

There are 4 cavernous bedrooms inside the home. What was considered the 5th bedroom/ additional space was converted into one of the two game rooms!

Bedroom 1: This bedroom is located on the first floor and is considered the master! It features a king bed, multiple windows for natural light, dresser, two nightstands, enormous wall mounted flat screen TV, closet for additional storage, and access to the en-suite bathroom. This bathroom features a standing tiled shower with glass doors, double sink vanity, and toilet that is private with its own door!

Bedroom 2: This bedroom is located upstairs and features two queen size beds, window for natural lighting, nighttime stand, a dresser and closet for storage.

Bedroom 3: This bedroom is located upstairs and features two twin beds and features a window for natural light, dresser and closet for storage, nighttime stands, and access to the en-suite bathroom. This bathroom features a tub/ shower combo, one sink vanity, sizable mirror, and toilet.

The third full bathroom is located directly across the hall from bedroom 3 and beside the indoor game room! This bathroom features a tub/shower combo that is separate from the main bathroom space with a door. The toilet is also in this space. This bathroom also has a huge single sink vanity, and sizable mirror! This space is ideal for sharing as guests can be showering while another guest is in the main bathroom space getting ready for the day!

Bedroom 4: This bedroom is located upstairs and features a queen size bed, a window for natural light, two nighttime stands, flat screen TV, dresser for storage, and access to the private balcony with outdoor seating!

Bonus space/ game room: This space was converted into one of the two game room spaces in this home! It features a couch, wall mounted flat screen TV, and a full size pool table with pool sticks!


Living Room: Just as you walk into the home, guests will enter into the living area. This is a ideal area to relax and hang out. The living room is furnished with two large couches, a appreciate seat, ottoman, side tables, wall mounted flat screen TV, TV stand, access to the half bath, and access to the backyard patio with grille and firepit!

Guests will also find the laundry room in this area with a full size washer and dryer and shelving above to hang your non dryer items! Guests will adore the convenience of being able to do their laundry right in the rental home!

Just off from the living space, guests will have access to a handsome completely equipped kitchen. The kitchen offers full size stainless steal appliances, double sided refrigerator, gas stove, oven, mounted microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, and plentiful cabinet space. We provide all cookware, silverware, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are numerous eateries within a short ride from the home. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very fashionable food delivery options.

Just down the hall from the kitchen is the dining room. Guests will appreciate a full size dining room table with enough seating to accommodate up to 8 guests! Guests will find additional seating in the kitchen with the attached breakfast bar with stools to accommodate an additional 4 guests!

The garage was converted into the second game area and features a full size ping pong table, dart board, and cornhole boards!

Pack light! We provide our guests with 8 towels, 8 washcloths, 1 hand towel, 1 bath mat, soap shampoo, lotion, and conditioner per bathroom. Linens, pillows, linens, and everything you will need to savor your stay are included. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, and more!

The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

This beach home is in a prime location in Myrtle Beach, SC. Guests are only a short drive to central Myrtle Beach, Garden City, Surfside, and more! Guests appreciate the location and proximity to the beach, shopping, dining, live music, and so much more. This property is in Gleneagles Cottages, part of the award-winning Legends Golf Resort!
